1st experience 4 yrs ago said would never return...thought I would try again yesterday, big MISTAKE!!! Went to have 2 tires installed and 1 tire repaired. My Mercedes has staggered tires, therefore different PSI for front and back. When I left went out to find the PSI levels were the same for all 4 tires. Went back in to advise my tires require 30 psi front and 35 psi in the rear and was told that was what they set them at but it would take about 5 minutes of driving for the PSI monitor on my car to reflect correct pressure. DID NOT, had to leave for work 30 minutes early and drive back there to have them correct and was treated very RUDELY like I was was in the wrong to complain that I had specifically told them the pressure was wrong last night but insisted it was done right. They are a TIRE SPECIALIST, if you cant get air pressure correct how can you be confident anything is done right!!! WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN

On my way to a wedding in Maine, my tire went flat.... It might have been my fault. I had put air into my tires the day before in NY. I had to let some air out because I over inflated them. Our guess was that the core inside of the air stem got stuck open a little. Soooo I went to Sullivan's and told them that I was on my way to a wedding in Maine and they got me in right away (they were very busy). within half an hour they changed the core and couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. So they didn't charge me for their time or the little core. I was pleased. They could of told me I needed a new tire and that you should buy 2 so that they match. Specially since I am from NY. I hope that Sullivan put a Tire store near me.New Windsor NY.

I have been dealing with Sullivan Tire, Bedford, NH for over five years. All of our family vehicles have been serviced there at one time or another. When we enter the shop we are greeted warmly and treated with respect. The service to our vehicles has been excellent and I find their pricing very competitive . I have purchased tires there and had minor repairs done to several vehicles all with excellent results. What we really appreciate is that when they say the work will be completed it is always completed on time if not earlier. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this facility and our family could not be happier with Bob M and his team.

I had the Sullivan Tire Bedford location recommended to my by a friend and it was the best decision I have ever made. I was a loyal VIP Londonderry customer for a little over 10 years but the turnover there has caused the quality and customer service to be horrendous. Stephen Jackson has taken great care of me and my car. Although I have recently moved to Massachusetts, I am still willing to commute the 45 minutes to this location just for their excellent customer service, honest work, and reasonable prices. You can tell they care about the safety of their customers and anything they have brought to my attention has been a real issue and something I did know was coming due (i.e. squeaky brakes). I trust their professional opinion and that is something that is becoming harder and harder to find these days. Thank you Sullivan Tire Bedford, and special thanks to Stephen Jackson for being the best! :)

My new tires have worse traction than my old bald ones, and they tried to get me to get an alignment that I didn't need. A second opinion at another shop showed that the alignment was fine. They were only convenient because they were down the street when I got a flat, but I would never have gone there if I'd had a choice.
