Great place to go if you need a new or used tire. Service was great. Wait time was fairly quick. The only thing was..we got a used tire for $45 a month ago...then we went back today..and was charged $50 for the same brand used tire. Other than that..it was a good experience In response to the owners response: I forgot to mention that our hubcap was damaged in the process of getting the tire. My wife witnessed the mechanic throwing the hubcap across the cement floor which ended up scratching it and cracking it. The hubcap is flimsy and plastic so they need to be more careful with things like that

I never got to come back and rate my experience at this buisness but it's important enough to come back after 6months of using their services to do so. I was badly in need of tires and I was lucking out everywhere. I went to Senna tires and was greeted by friendly technicians with amazing customer service. They had the tires I needed for my vehicle and I got a great deal. They even educated me on my tires and how to ensure safety for me and my family. I appreciate the customer service I received. DO NOT GO HERE !! If I could give zero stars I would, they are supposed to have used tires but I have called more than once for different vehicles and they try to sell me new tires every time, that wouldn't be a problem if it was for one car and they didn't have the size in used but every time? I view that as shady business practice and would reccomend you DO NOT GET TIRES HERE.

Very honest and great prices!!! I went there thinking I needed several tires yesterday, and they were VERY honest and told me I actually only needed ONE. I'm a single mom and TRULY appreciated their honesty. They could have said "sure mam, you need a few" but instead they were HONEST and told me I only needed one. Being a woman, and just dealing with businesses in general I usually get screwed over... But NOT HERE.. thank you guys so much!! I will be going here from now on!!

Super friendly and helpful. The guys that work there are so nice and great customer service. I got used tires there last year to pass inspection and they were inexpensive and lasted. Got me through the winter with no issues and I do a lot of miles for work. I am back this year to get another set but new this time. They always make you feel like you are their #1 priority and they give the best deals. Highly recommend them if you need new or used tires!

I've been to Senna's many times now. They have the size you need about 98% of the time and are always in good spirits, super polite and FAST. Keep in mind, they only mount and balance - no on site alignment service. Fair prices, good people, fast service. I will always recommend them.

This shop has saved my bacon a number of times. Their prices are excellent and the service is something to be admired. I'm usually in and out in half an hour. Been here a few times over the years and they never cease to amaze me. This morning I called looking for tires and they didn't have what I needed on hand but got them delivered and had them installed same day for nearly half what other shops asked. Whether you are short on funds and need to get on the road fast or want new tires this shop will treat you right. I always end saving so much time and money that it feels wrong not to throw in a tip. This outfit is one of the few things about Manchester I like and I hope they have continued success..

Placed my order online and they called a short time later to confirm when they would have the tires and schedule an appointment to install them. When the tires arrived they called to verify the size and vehicle, because I went bigger than stock, and they wanted to make sure I knew what I had ordered. When I showed up to get the tires mount/balanced, it was 25 minutes and they were done. I will be buying more tires from them in future.

Cheapest tire replacements and repairs guaranteed. I called a solid 7-10 tire shops and Senna came in $50 cheaper for a used tire. When I found out that the current tire was able to be repaired, I was only charged $15. Service was professional and the job was speedy... in and out in less than 10 minutes.

It was my first experience what does business I went in this morning for a flat repair I was greeted within the first 10 seconds my car is being worked on within the first two minutes of arriving on their property the customer service is above and beyond the staff is very knowledgeable of the products they've been in business for many years I'm very pleased I will be using this business over the big box stores for all of my tire needs for myself and for my family and we have multiple vehicles definitely give them a shot and a chance they do have financing for tires if you do not have the money upfront fur large Tire purchases you must check with them on terms and conditions but overall what a great experience very very happy 5 Stars plus all the way

PSA! Don’t Go to Senna tires in Manchester. Had brought in a car a couple weeks ago and they had not properly tightened the wheel all the way on the car, and the rim fell off while driving 60mph on the highway, started swerving left and right....keep in mind we bought a set of 4 brand new tires from them and they forget to torque a wheel? Kinda sad for a tire specialist shop. Never even thinking about going there ever again.

Outstanding service & prices!!! I traveled 27 miles because a close friend highly recommended them. When I pulled up to the building I didn't know what to think as it looked a little run down on the outside. However, when I entered I was greeted by a friendly tech who gave me a fantastic deal on a great set of 4 tires for my wife's SUV. There were 2 vehicles being serviced ahead of me, but they still got me in there in about 10 mins. I sat in the waiting room while they put my tires on and was outta there in less than 20 mins! He went above and beyond to help me get new tires for my car and my husband car, he took time also to make my son comfortable and put the tv on for him while we waited for my car to be done. I have been to senna tires 2 times now.Both times they had me in and out pretty quick. There prices are reasonable for used tires. The only thing that I didn't expect was the price to be different for same type of used tire. I mean it was only $5 difference, but point is to be honest with customers. Other than that it's a good place to go if you need a quick tire change or new tire.they offer payment plans to with a $50 minimum payment down. So overall a good place for tires.
