Confirmed that my online shopping choice of a General tire was appropriate and could be shipped to the store the next day. They even squeezed me in late in the afternoon, so that I had 4 new tires and a good spare before the snow started. They were priced competitively with any other store, and with online stores.

I was on vacation in nearby Amesbury MA when I collided hard with a curb, blowing out the tire and putting a big dent in the rim. After determining that there were on new or used wheels to be had in the area, Henry said he thought the rim could be repaired. In a very few minutes, Henry and the store's owner filed down the damaged wheel and mounted a new tire. The whole process took less than an hour, and we were on our way.with far less trouble and expense than I had feared. They were super resourceful and efficient and very courteous, and I would recommend Seabrook Tire to anyone needing urgent or routine repairs

The guy who runs this shop told my fiancé and I that he needed to order two tires he thought would fit our car. He said he would call us in two hours when the tires came in. Four hours later, we called him and he said that he hadn't even noticed that the tires arrived. When we showed up, he told my fiancé to move the car (instead of moving it himself), and then proceeded to talk on the phone about his child support and other personal matters in front of us. After he finally got off the phone, he ignored us and walked into the garage to talk to his friends (who weren't working on any cars). Fifteen minutes later, we walked out and went to NTB and got our tires taken care of right away. So much for trying to patronize the "little guy".

Shopping for tires seems like Russian Roulette. Maybe you'll be lucky and deal with a fair, honest dealer. More than likely you'll be hustled into buying a more expensive tire and getting some "broken" part repaired. NTB shop are required to meet weekly quotas of repairs and parts sales, says a friend who managed an NTB. If NTB, Firestone, Town Fair Tire or Sears (especially Sears) are bs artists, ripoffs or worse, Seabrook Tire is the total opposite. Like many, I searched the web for nearby tire shops. There were many comments on Seabrook, none of them negative. I emailed and they quoted me great out the door, total prices on the tires I was considering. And it's a single location, owned by a real person. Tires and tire services are all they do, and they do it better than anywhere else I've ever seen. Honest? Check. Fair? Check. Courteous and friendly? Check. Many of the customers I spoke with there were local, repeat customers who spoke very highly of the place and its owner. You can't buy that kind of reputation. You've got to earn it. The folks at Seabrook Tire definitely earn it. They're the only place I will ever buy tires again.

Useless. If you have a truck that has larger tires or want to be treated kindly this is not the place. From the moment I showed up they saw my truck and was rude. I tried here because I was told good group of guys, boy was it a let down. Never coming back here with any of my trucks and I would advise others. They are only kind if You do not have a modded or lifted truck. I would make a drive to Tire Warehouse in Portsmouth. Tire Warehouse gentlemen, Those are good guys and want to earn your business and take care of you. I posted a negative review to their Facebook page, so they deleted allowing me or people from reviewing, bad business!! Also the 5 stars with yellow pages is not accurate it's meant to be 1 star.
