Conclusion (story below): You could maybe take your car here for a flat repair they seem pretty quick at that. But if you love your car or need expert care and service don’t go here. Town Fair has cheaper tires and the extra money you spend at Jr’s Speed and Tire doesn’t get you a more knowledgeable staff or better service. I would like to preface this review by saying that I am a car enthusiast but not an expert. This means I know enough about cars to do most repairs myself but there are always lessons learned and rookie mistakes made. When I need something done right the first time with no mistakes I take my car to a professional and pay to have the work done by someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, and has an expert’s touch that only comes from doing a job for years. This is what I was hoping to find at Jr’s Speed and Tire but sadly this is not the service you can expect from them. I went to them to have them mount a rare set of vintage BBS wheels. I knew the bolt pattern and offset were correct but I was unsure of any wheel fitment or tire fitment issues that might arise and I didn’t want to make any mistakes, this is why I took it to a professional. The tires were mounted and the wheels were test fit and then bolted up. I was told everything fit perfectly without issue so I paid my bill and drive off. I had to turn around less than 200 yards from the shop because the wheels were rubbing on the brake caliper. All that was needed was a 3mm spacer in the front which the shop correctly diagnosed but only after damage was done to the wheels. Both myself and the guys working at the shop knew that one of them had made a mistake. The need for spacers should have been realized when the wheels were test fit and bolted up, they should have heard or felt the caliper rubbing and addressed it then. However, there were no apologies, no admission of a mistake, no offers to make it right. They even proceeded to charge me for the spacers. I looked for over a year to find that specific set of wheels and saved up for months to be able to buy them. At Jr’s Speed and Tire they were damaged in an afternoon and although they can be a set of runners that look good from the outside they will never be fully restorable and salable again. In conclusion you could maybe take your car here for a flat repair they seem pretty quick at that. But if you love your car or need expert care and service don’t go here. Town Fair has cheaper tires and the extra money you spend at Jr’s Speed and Tire doesn’t get you a more knowledgeable staff or better service.

Jr's carries every brand of tires unlike the big stores. They are also the only place in the manchester area that can mount, balance and do a alingment on a lifted truck the size of mine sitting on 37" Nitto trail grapplers. The guy doing my alignment a while ago even went out of the way to tighten up a loose bolt i pointed out and didnt notice until that day. Great service and i will be a life long customer.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! I brought my car here for brake pads, rotors, and tires all the way around, and couldn’t believe how fair the price was. Good staff but the price was insane. Paid $25 to get a nail out of my tire. When looked at the receipt, no detail of the work done. Receipt only rated “tire repair”. I would definitely go to another place for a “nail removal”.

I went here about a month ago for 4 new brakes and rotors, an alignment, 2 tires, and an oil change because they were able to do financing. I was very happy with how it all went down. They even drove me and my 4 year old home so we didn't have to be stuck at the shop for hours.

I bent my rim on a pothole and proceeded to go to the junkyards, body shops, and of course tire places. I wasn't trying to buy something brand new to save myself some money. The cheapest anybody could help me for was $300. I went to JRs tire Incorporated to simply ask them or if they even knew of anywhere else I could go that might be able to fit my 2012 Chevy. He made a call, ordered a brand new one- not used- and within 3 days the exact rim for my car was mounted and balanced for free! Before ordering he told me it'd be $130 which is why I went ahead knowing I wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else.. When it came time to pay I miss-counted and only had $120. They said dont worry about it, bring the rest when you got it.. Nobody does that. And I'm sure there was a part of them that thought I might never show up again. But when I had it I immediately went back to pay because after the incredibly fast and genuinely nice service, they have a new life long customer in me. I will never go anywhere else for anything tire related. They are HONEST and FAIR which is something that's lost in today's society. Great guys, better service, go to JRs tire shop

I was referred here by a friend that has been going to Jr's for years. I needed a tire alignment and also an evaluation for a "ghost" issue. They were unable to find the source of the ghost problem but only charged me for the alignment even though I'm sure they spent a significant amount of time on my vehicle (even test driving it). On top of that, an employee called me 45 minutes after the shop's closing time to let me know I could pick up my car that same evening - that made it clear that they care about the customer! Will definitely be my go-to shop in manchester!

Everytime I've brought my car in they've always treated me fair and have been honest with me, and honesty is hard to find in an auto shop. Always nerve-wracking when you need your 13.5" wide low profile Michelins mounted on to brand new 20x13, 3 piece custom 360Forged wheels that are $2500 ea. I installed new rims on the tire. installed new sensors and it was too expensive when I could get it on Ebay all 4 for like $25-30 and I got the tpms light and they couldn't even fix it when that's their job so I bet their sensors are cheap one's cause I still have the light on my dash they said to take it to the dealer like wth your the one that suppose to fix that issue!!

Mike's service at the front desk was commendable! I needed to get snow tires put on my car and for weeks I had been dealing with a different location. After numerous attempts, inadequate communication and unfavorable customer service I decided going else where would be in my best interest. I USED to go to these guy's all the time and the service was great at one point... Then my rear driver side tire fell off my vehicle on my way to Boston at 11:30 in the evening after they did a tire swap. We addressed the issue the next time my mother went in to swap her tires on her car. She has a sports model, they put the larger tires in the front and the smaller in the back and destroyed her sport tires. Stay away from this place if you value your safety and your vehicle.

After searching around for tires & alignment, finally made the right call going to JR's. Paid over $120 less than surrounding shops in Manchester wanted. Not only was I happy with the price, the staff was amazing & had the best personalities. From the second I went inside I felt confident that I was going to get the best service I could. While in the shop, they found a safety issue that a previous shop completely overlooked a few days prior. Mike & his staff made sure it was all dealt with asap, I couldn't be happier! Being a female, they make sure I know exactly what they will be doing, and dont screw me over. They print me out a receipt, as well as staple it to the paper explaining what was done (every time!). !!!!! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!! I wish I could give no stars! I brought my car to get my front brakes and a wheel bearing fixed last fall. Got my car back and it was super shaky and the alignment was off when it was fine before. Brought it back and they “fixed” it. Got it back again and it still had the same problem. Brought it back a third time and the issue was still there and they kept telling me it was all set and good to go. At that point I was done and didn’t bring it back again. I took it to another garage and the mechanic noticed everything that was supposedly done to my car looked old and rotted and saw for myself. Went back to Jr.’s to get a copy of the receipt for the work that should have been done that was paid for and they said they don’t keep receipts from last year... I will never take my car back here even if they told me they will fix it for free and will steer everyone away from this place because I never want anyone to go through what I went through!!!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I brought my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek to their shop to get 4 brand new tires, Mike did a lot of research for me to find the best price and made sure any questions i had to ask were answered. I was greeted with a bright smile and i could tell he really loves his job. I asked him about some curb rash on my wheel and he took care of it when replacing my tires AND HE EVEN PAINTED THE RASH. I cannot begin to say how awesome that made me feel to know they were willing to go the extra mile to make sure i was happy. If you have any doubts about this place throw them out the window because these guys have my business for life.
