I have been there a few times and they are helpful and seem honest. The only downside is if you stay to wait for your car instead of dropping it off, you could be there a while even after they finished with it. Also, they are friendly but know that they are in business so they charge for every tiny little thing like adding a screw to the bumper.

Got to say after my recent visit I think I have found my new place to go for car service. My regular mechanic recently retired and was looking for a new place to go and after several places I can say I will definitely return here. They beat the price of several other places by a few hundred dollars and while they had it told me I did not need all the work the other place told me I needed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!! I cannot begin to say enough good things about Hervey's! They corrected a really terrible alignment I had done at 2 other shops prior to going there. The man doing the alignment and the owner came out to speak with my husband and I. Both the owner and the person who had done the alignment were humble and honest. This shop takes pride in their work and I am so grateful and thankful for the wonderful job they have done! Very open about pricing, honest about the work completed (including if they ran into any issues), family owned and operated (and they make you feel like you are part of their family too!). I could not have asked for a better experience!

Boyfriend brought his car in for inspection early in the morning by the the me they got to it and told him he needed new tires but guess what we don’t have them in stock, would have to wait to the next morning, oh but we do have the more expensive ones today !!! $175 a tire is a good deal!

I have lived in Rochester since 2008, but have never been to this shop before. I went to have the tires on my truck put on a new set of wheels. Then I asked them to install a set of Aftermarket hood hinges and adjust one of my fenders. They had my truck for a day, their work was absolutely outstanding, and they parked my truck inside overnight because I wasn’t able to get it that afternoon. In addition to the great work, I was blown away the incredibly reasonably cheap price. I will be returning to this shop!

if you want to be overcharged and have them purchase the wrong parts for you and make you pay full price for there mistake After the mechanic tells you will not have to pay. Then I highly recommend you go there. Not Good Service At all.I Would neber recommend ANY ONE TO GO TO THEM. THEY MADE MY SON PAY OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS EXTRA FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE.

RV blew a tire on the way to the white mountains today. Googled tire shops around me and Hervey's came up. Made a call and explained my unfortunate event. They couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. Was out of there in 30 minutes or so and back on the road to camp! Great experience and service all around. Two thumbs up!
