I was the first one to drop my car off Friday morning to get my tires and brakes checked and fixed if necessary . Guy who helped me said they would check both tires and brakes ...I was told the tires didn’t need much work which I appreciate because other mechanics said they did but I was furious and there should be no excuse to why you told me you didn’t have time to check my brakes all day long once again my car was there first and you said you have appointments all day which I understand but for eight hours you can’t even check my brakes ...that is not good customer service at all thank you for wasting my time having me borrow someone else’s car to get to work and pay $40 Uber to get back thank you
