I've brought my car here for oil changes, new tires, and a tire repair for 4 years now (and 2 vehicles ago). They treat everyone with respect, give you great deals, and you never feel taken advantage of. I live a half hour away, but still prefer to bring my vehicle here as it's a comfortable environment - and you get a free Aroma Joe's coffee!! I mean, how awesome is that?! :)

I won't name names, but I have never had such an enjoyable waiting experience. Coffee, food, great seating, and clean bathroom. Oh, and service was fast and honest. With my unique situation they could have said to do a balance or alignment again and I would not have know the difference. Impressed and now my only tire service center.

The service I received from Country Tire was like no other. Prior to arriving at our vacation destination we got a flat tire. We came across Country Tire & Service and they immediately took us in. They made us feel welcome and were able to shed light to our crazy day. Great place and awesome staff.

Purchased 5 (very expensive) 60,000mile Cooper tires from Country Tire. Got just over 30,000 miles on them and they are bald. I had full documentation of them being rotated every 3,000 miles. Tire country did absolutely nothing to warranty or go to bat for me with Cooper. Save your money and go to Walmart (tire department) across the street. If you go to country tire don't expect any type of tire wear warranty . Also stay away from cooper tires, junk......

I had some small tractor tires that I needed mounted on rims but I wasn't sure if they would be willing to do it. So I called them and explained the situation and made sure they knew they were tractor tires and gave them the exact size and measurements of what the tires were. And they said absolutely it won't be a problem. So I took my tires off loaded them up and took them down. When I got there they said that the tires were a little bit bigger than they thought and that they could do it but it would be hard so they told me they wouldn't. Fyi I have had Tireware house install the same exact size tire on my Jeep

I don't live close to this shop, but I was searching for a place to do a used car inspection on a Saturday for a car I was looking at buying in their area. Was very impressed by the customer service, inspection, and price. They knew I wouldn't be coming back due to the situation, but they treated me as if I was a longtime customer. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had, period.

Tried charging my girlfriend by the hour for a tire mount and balance when it's a flat rate. Had to replace stem valve which is a less than a 2 min job. Says they had to sync up sensors in value stems (which they do on there own). Place got caught in a lie and even ended up sending money back in the mail because I called them out on ripping a girl off because she didn't know any better but I did.

I went in for a state inspection on a Wednesday, waited over an hour, then one of the service writer's came and told me i was all set. (Great or so i thought, ) once i got up to the counter a different service writter said failed for headlight aim. I asked them to adjust it and was told I would have to make an appointment. When i asked why they didn't adjust it while the headlight aiming tool was set up, and I was there waiting, all I was told they didn't have time. I dropped my car off Thursday night for a Friday morning appointment to aim my headlights. I called at 2pm on my lunch break because I hadn't heard from them. They hadn't even looked at it yet, and they close at 5pm. I made it to the shop at 430. Just to be told the headlight on the right side cant be adjusted, due to some quarter pannel damage. The service writer tried to sell me a new quarter pannel and headlight assembly. I said no thanks, you guys are a tire shop not an sutobody shop. The car passed inspection the last 3 years with the existing quarter pannel damage. I took the car to an independent garage, where I specifically asked about headlight aim. Guess what, it passed just fine! Myself and the second mechanic think you where just trying to upsell some work. Not to mention it didnt look like you even made an attempt to adjust the headlight in the first place......so yeah, I likely won't ever be back.

Incredible customer service! I needed new tires to pass inspection. They picked my car up from my work place (local), performed the necessary work, took payment over the phone and dropped my car back off in the parking lot. How convenient! Having work done on my car during the work day was seamless with no interruption to my day. They are great and super friendly...Ron, Scott, Keith, the vehicle technicians...all of them!

Scott and Ron saved the day getting me the Nomian tires in time for my 3000 mike trip to Idaho in winter weather. They were the only place from Seabrook to Laconia that could get me in next day and have me out the door right before thanksgiving. Every other Nokian dealer had to wait until Friday but Country tire did it Wednesday. The free token for the Aroma JOES coffee was great! This is my go to tire shop now.

I am a customer, have had my oil changed here several times and they are very friendly IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! Why say "Walk ins are welcome" if you can NEVER walk in? I've tried to do this on a week day and an early morning Saturday, 8:30 am. First thing the counter guy said was, "Do you have an appointment?" Even their radio ad says that you can walk in...not been my experience!! So, let me reiterate, nice, but only if you have an appointment. Honestly, I went to another tire place just a little further down the road in Farmington...if you don't mind the extra 10 mins or so, keep driving toward Farmington and the tire place is on your left near HRCU.
