Buyer beware. If you are in a car accident and your car is totaled, this will be the ultimate headache. You have to fight the insurance, tow yard, etc and smart tires offers practically no contingency plan in the event of this happening. Their response? "We've never had anything like this happen before." If you are in a car accident, and lose a car, what makes anyone think you can go and change tires out, and haul them back to them when you are injured? They need to step up their service and plan of attack for such an occurrence. Save up and buy tires just in case.

This place likes to try to take out there payment a day early and if the money is not in there they call you telling you they will take you to court this has happened to me twice. Some people have to wait for there Direct deposit. Sorry mine does not go a day early so you can get your money early. But also they should not try to take it out early too. I will be stopping my auto payment.

I've never had Rent to own tires on my cars before but this time around, I didn't have the money to throw around so this was my "go to plan" since I had to go to lake Tahoe for the weekend at that time. I was in and out. No haggle, no pressure. Only issue is that the address was for Newport motors dealership and service department. I was instructed to go there and I mentioned I had the appointment from smart tires, Wich is practically next door. They had no clue, told me it was on the other side. Drove to ST and the rep said service department, where I was. Told him that's where I was and they didn't know you guys. Anyway. Finally got resolved and still made it to Tahoe in a timely manner. Like I said, never had Rent to own tires. I'm that kinda guy who regularly rotates his tires to maintain them and I read on the contract that it's every 5k miles. So do I call for an appointment for rotation or do I just go there? Only concern is if I go there, they won't know who smart tires is again

This is a great option to get new tires on a vehicle. The website was user friendly and easy to navigate. The owner is very personable and took the time to greet me and even explain how his business venture came about. I ordered my tires the day before and was able to get them installed the next day. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for new tires.

My sister had purchased some tires from smart tires and loves them. Her tires were worn and her ride inside her vehicle was horrible. After getting her new tires, her ride is alot smoother and she is saving money on gas now. Thanks Smart tires, I am in need of some tires and will fill out an application soon.

Okay...so I needed new tires...my car hasn't had four matching tires in 2 years....I came across smart tires on google....I filled out the app..picked out the brand and size that I wanted...paid online...and was in the next day for my tires....handed them the keys, and that was it..no pushy salesman....nothing...they put the tires on...handed me my keys and I was out of there....thank you for making this experience easy and stress free...most places would try to push certain brands and more expensive. The payment plan is easy. And my car droves so much better....will be sending people to you in the future for sure!

Great option and alternative to dropping hundreds of dollars on tires at once. Will reccomend Smart Tires to anyone who needs tires ASAP, but doesn't have the cash for new tires...or would prefer not to spend so much at once even if the do.
