I had the most amazing experience here. I got off a long week of graveyard shifts only to find that my car tire was flat in my work parking lot. I live in Truckee and there was no way I was making it home, plus I had forgotten my wallet at home. I was in tears after a stressful night of work, bummed about spending money, and tired. I had spare emergency credit card in my car but was having trouble activating it over the phone. Cliff could sense my frustration and stress and had me sit on the couches, offered me coffee and donuts, and was overall incredibly sweet. When they were done patching my tire, he handed me my keys and said, "I'm going to make your day a little better. Get home safely." He wouldn't take my credit card and refused to let me pay him back. I feel so blessed to have an angel like Cliff that morning!! I will be back for all my tire needs!! Thanks guys for warming my heart.

Had an alignment done, asked to have tires rotated but needed them dismounted and remounted and rims left in the original spot (dually truck) they rotated rims and all. I was willing to pay the extra, but they decided to not go the extra mile and do it they way I requested. A week later the wheel bearing on one of the wheels they rotated failed. I was surprised they didn't recognize it was bad when they did the rotation.

These guys are great! My car's brakes started grinding, took it in to these guys right when they opened, believe Robert was the one that helped me. After the diagnostics and what they would charge to get it fixed, I couldn't turn them down. Had my car back and fully restored by 1030AM; same day! Highly recommend them for tire or brake work

I was referred to this shop by Mooneys auto repair. I had some front end work done and a four wheel alignment. They did the work and the cost was exactly what they estimated. The car feels like it did when we bought it 11 years ago ! Great place, I Will use them again when need be and highly recommend them.

Had an issue where my tire failed (blow out) after 17,000 miles, even though I did not purchase my tires at the Reno Tire Pros location my Tire Pros Protection Plan was honored at this location and I received a new tire (cost pro-rated based on tread wear). There was some initial confusion about the details of the Tire Pros Tire Protection Plan but this confusion was ultimately resolved and I received great customer service from everyone at this location.

Theyre just like the border mexicans that run a booee auto shop across from the reno indian colony theres a cabcompany down the block directly across this booee shop try to leave my car here handed jose the desk man 300$cash to hopefully cover my exspenseti get my heater working instead they lied to me and said they will have my heater ready next morning went to retreave and not only did they not even start i had to come back and finally as ftsr the 3rd day i was charged the whole 300$and was lied to the border bros took my heater core and hose and froted a repair by turning hose towards engine to cover not getting exhaust entering car a NB d after the5th day i had to bring 4different times4different people to my defense that either was knowledgable and witness or they spoke bilingual and male for again i was being male punked for i wasnt knowledgable enough and a woman finally after waiting for a written envoice or a .actual receipt of proven autowork being performed on my vehicle (which never accured)having a older mexican female gangsta swag friend that i consider an og prep mama had to litterally bust a move on jose told him to give me all of my 300$back pr we were going to tribal well ken got caught twice and two different occassions liing to me knowing both tymes i was dumb to any factors on putting my vehicle under a machine checking for anyother needed work which no ken just rushed me off both tymes and rode on the fact i have other appliances connected yet i pay 399$for a new battery and 3 new black tires come on really

I've been here many times before and got great service. But this last trip there, where i bought 4 new tires was anything but great. Leaving the shop to go home and hit the freeway and the shaking starts. Not balanced i assumed. Take it back (not then but next day) and they said they would look at it again. I was then told the right wheel was out of balance, but they corrected it. Get on the freeway and same thing. Front end shaking, steering wheel shaking. So i take it back AGAIN, they say they will look at it. And they do. Then i'm told, it's ready. The back wheels were out a little bit. Back on the freeway and shaking is better but still there. When i took it in to get the tires nothing at all was shaking. It never has. So now i'm stuck with a shake. Guess i will have to take it somewhere to have it done right. And on the first visit. They are not as good as they used to be. Which is sad.

Went for the online deal of 29.99 oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection. Busy afternoon so I understood the hour plus wait. Seems they rushed through my oil change so they could get home on time. No sign of tire rotation, nor multipoint inspection on receipt of work done(nor copy of inspection as you would receive anywhere else). Car needs an alignment bad and had they quoted I probably would of come back to get it done here as I chose this place due to the reviews. Disappointed overall.

Headed out of town and saw a screw in the tire just before we were supposed to leave. Pulled up and they looked at it right away. It wasn't leaking and they didn't have to put any time into it so they sent me on my way. Owner happened to be there and was great. Thanks all!
