I have been going to Ralphs for years for tired, repairs and maintenance. Ralph and his family are good people to work with. They treat me fairly and have even made room to work on a vehicle in an emergency. I highly rezoned them!

Well from the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated like I was apart of the family.. if when you walk in no one is behind the counter just yell out "im home" and someone will be there.. haha but seriously just call and some one will come. not only is the staff super friendly and made sure my vehicle was cared for. They took care of my air filter that needed replacing. They have popcorn while you wait and a t.v. as well.

I went to Ralphs to have the oil changed on my Toyota Prius. The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was quick and the price was right. They told me that I have 30,000 mile tires and that they should be changed at my next oil change, something I was not surprised about so I asked them for a quote. They priced them for about $100 less then a friend of my got at another shop so I was pleased. I will be going back and would recommend them to anyone!

Going to Ralph's Tire Pros is like going to visit family. They really look out for the best interests of the consumer, and I appreciate that. I went in today to have my tire pressures checked because I had them fill my tires with nitrogen to better maintain tire pressure a few months ago. They discovered one of my tires was suspiciously low, and noticed a screw in the tread of that tire. Before I knew it, they had removed the tire, patched it on the inside so the patch would last, and then remounted it at the correct inflation to my car. When I asked how much I owe them for the tire repair, they said, "Aw don't worry about it!" Ralph's Tire Pros stands behind their work, provides affordable pricing, and gave me the peace of mind I needed for driving my car on my upcoming summer vacation. I will definitely recommend Ralph's Tire Pros to all my friends and family.

Thank you Drew!!! After taking my truck to multiple shops over the last few years and feeling so frustrated and thinking about buying a newer one, I took one last chance and went to Ralph’s Tire Pros to get my wheels balanced. I had been told it was the tires, the rims and even because it was slightly lowered that they couldn’t get it to ride smooth at 60 – 70 mph. I made the short trip to Boulder City and left the truck while I went to lunch. After returning an hour later Drew informed me that it was way out of balance and it was now good. Yes, I had heard that before…… I paid the bill and headed back to Henderson. Unbelievable!!!!!! My truck has never been this smooth, at ALL speeds. Thank you Drew, you have not only saved me from spending a lot of money on a newer truck but you have reassured me that there are still competent and professional people out there in the industry. They were swamped work local customers, but they were so kind and helpful and squeezed us in so we could be back on our way. I was soooo fortunate to break down close to Ralph's shop. I had a major problem with a trailer axle in the first 100 miles of a 1000 mile trip. The trailer is old, the parts were not easy to find and they had a lot full of other customers, but Ralph and the team had me back on the road the next day! Top notch customer service!

I ordered 4 tires online and Ralph's received them Monday morning. I dropped off my vehicle at perhaps 11 and the tires were balanced and installed with a front end alignment by about 3. Great service!!!

I visited this repair shop for an oil change and to check my AC. After my oil was changed the mechanic came out to ask me if I wanted them to check my AC. The mechanic made no mention of a $40 fee for checking the AC. Their sign states AC service starting at 39.99 and up. They found nothing wrong with my AC, but charged me for the service anyway. I asked why I was being charged, and they claimed they needed to hook up my AC to some testing equipment and that justifies the charge. Not only did they charge me for nothing, but they also took their sweet time. At least an hour for an oil change and AC check. To make matters worse, the clerk was chatting with other customers instead of letting me know that my car was done. I had to walk outside to see if my car was finished and it was. Pros: oil change was inexpensive Cons: lousy service, terrible explanation of costs, charged for service without receiving service. I would avoid this repair shop at all costs.

An unexpected trouble with our car almost made me cancel a road trip. Our urgent repair was seen in less than 1 hour by the afternoon, we were heading on our round-trip. Efficient service. highly recommended.
