I was primitive camping 52 miles from Wells and awoke to an automotive fastener buried in my 10 ply truck tire. Oddly I had cell coverage and they had two tires that would work if needed. Jessica said she thought she could fix it and she did!!! I tried to plug it in the field and failed both times. That was about 2 weeks ago and 1800 miles later it's still holding air.

As good as it gets! Brought in a blown out tire and they mounted a new one on the rim. We took it out and put it on the vehicle, which was around 6:00 (closing time!), and we were still 30 miles away. There was an awful wreck on the highway and we did not arrive until 2 hours after closing. I missed the guy's name, but the woman's name was JJ. They came back to the shop at 8 pm to mount the other 3 tires, which had been in storage and were terrible. Had us on our way in about 20 minutes. Can't thank them enough. The truck was needed for work at 4:30 am and we couldn't get there without it. I still can't believe they came back and helped us so late. Thank you! And your kids are adorable!

Comaradier amongst the employees. Gentleman all of them except the blonde that has a braid a big smile and gentle but from control of her guys. Strangers make me self conscious but waiting for a difficult repair was spent in a peaceful and professional atmosphere. I'm learning that to hurry a mechanic who's knowledge is often learned the school of hard knocks and experience changing replacing and ckesnimg the dirt behind and inside us time consuming and insures that the tire returns undamaged for the next person that wants big tires 1 at a time and big repairs to go with it. The price was the best I've ever been given the work done for almost free. I'd be walking if not for the compassion if all if them. Thank you.

Wife had a flat on a Sunday afternoon outside of Wells. I called ahead to get new tires for her when she got there. I asked for 2 (I buy em in pairs). I gave him the size of the fronts as they were different from the back. I thought they would all be the same and I wouldn't have to worry about my wife having another blowout. She got there and he only replaced 1 and kept it the size as the other rear. Then when she went to pay, he required cash only. Oh yeah, The other rear tire (that I asked to have replaced) blew outside of Reno. Now I still have to buy 2 to get them all sized up. ...Not Happy He charged an extra $90 for Sunday service call, which I thought was fair.

I been in quite a few times and always have been taken care of, out of all the times I been through I have only had one hiccup on getting a matching Spare tire and wheel I ordered, but they got the issue resolved and have it on the way, I will be back for sure and I would highly recommend them to anyone passing through or local.

This was the most helpful and friendliest tire center I have ever experienced . We were in a jam, having blown a tire on our 5th wheel and our spare on its last leg. JJ was absolutely wonderful. She opened early, met us at the store...had 2 new tires mounted and on our way within 30 minutes. She did this all by herself and twice as fast as I've seen anyone work. I would recommend this business to anyone needing tires. A++++

Unprofessional from start to finish. No one could give me a straight answer or return calls. Ended up being stuck in town for several days. Did work without my authorization, then asked for payment in cash. Employees swore at me and tried to steal my personal property. Got bad enough that we had to call the local police. The owner (who owns and operates multiple locations) eventually did reimburse the entire visit, as well as paid for additional work on my car that the guys in Wells caused (my guess is he was trying to stay out of small claims court). The owner was my only positive experience. Everything else in the Wells location was terrible. Please do not go there.

Had an unexpected low air warning for one of our tires. Pulled into this shop and was looked into immediately. The problem was corrected instantly and we were back on the road in no more than 15 minutes. Excellent communication and service. Highly recommended.

Nobody is in a hurry here. Not even a receptionist to answer phones so the mechanics can't get anything done because they are answering the phones every 10 minutes. Poor customer service and horrible communication. We spoke with locals and they said to expect long waits taking it to them for service.

Ok...first and foremost this was the friendliest people ...we are traveling in our fifth wheel to CA...someone noticed one of our tires was worn on the inside...so I looked online to find a local tire dealer...thank God we did..Tavo had us pull out 40 ft fifth wheel in the bay and proceeded to go over everything with us...we used the spare tire and we bought another tire for the spare...he rotated the tires so the best ones were on the back where most of the weight is carried...he made sure all the lug nuts were tightened and the pressure was good on all 4 tires....we were happy he had gone through all the trouble of doing all that work...we go in to pay him for the work that he did for about 2 hours...he would only charge us for the spare tire we bought....are you kidding me...he was a nice guy but we wanted to pay him for his labor....but he wouldn't except...when you travel A lot you don't find that many people who truly care about your safety....this is the place to go if you need work or tires replaced on your truck or your rvs....we wish more people and companies had as good service and caring as Pruett Tire in Wells Nevada...Thank You again Tavo..we so appreciate it...

We had blown a tire on our 39 Ft RV in Jackpot Nv and had to go to Wells to get a rim and 3 tires replaced. The service was just great. We pulled in and they took the unit in right away, and had 3 - well priced E Type RV tires and a Rim to fit the unit as well. The brake lines had been severed when the tire blew, and they fixed that as well. We went to a close by restaurant to have lunch and they had the unit finised not long after that. We are very grateful for the fast and courteous service that we received and have told all of our Canadian friends who travel down through that area to go to Pruett Tire Factory if they need any tire work done. Thank you guys very much for your help

Can't thank these folks enough for their care and concern!their mechanic Tavo'r was a lifesaver by being called in on his day off and did a great job for us at a great price!
