I have a choice of two Jiffy Lube places. I feel my treatment at the Minden Jiffy Lube is more friendly and welcoming of my business so I keep coming back. I'm always greeted in my car at the entrance of the autobay. *hint hint* This means I usually just drive up. I get friendly, knowledgeable service each and every time. I just took my car there 5 days ago to get a oil change and the air filter replaced while there. now the next day my car dies. opening the air filter up i can see it's bent and just smashed into place and not even fully. Now there number is off and no one is responding.

I love Minden Jiffy Lube. They treat me like gold. I have an old 1995 Subaru outback. It’s really difficult to read the transmission fluid levels. I’ve pulled in there asking if they think it’s up there enough and they’ve always checked it and they won’t take a tip.

Overcharged for services that I didn't ask for or need. I stopped in to get the oil changed in my vehicle. I said that my vehicle needed an oil change & that it was about 3000 miles over due. I was ushered into the waiting room. The tech guy came to get me. I figured he would ask me what services were needed. When I got up to the counter, he proceeded to tell me my bill was $109. I was shocked. Excuse me, how is it $109??? He started to explain. JL: 5 quarts of the premium high-mileage oil. Me: No. I didn't ask for that. JL: Well it's already in. The manager said you were in a hurry so we just went ahead ... Me: No. I never said that. What I told him was that the vehicle was 3000 miles overdue. JL: Well the last time you were in, you got the Signature Oil Change, so that's what we did today. Checked all the fluids ... Me: I didn't ask for that. In fact, I wasn't asked anything. I was escorted into the waiting room. When you go to a restaurant, they don't just bring out steak & lobster without you ordering it first. I didn't order a $109 oil change. JL: Oh. Well we already put in the (expensive) high-mileage oil. Me: Well I'm not paying for that. What else did you charge me for? JL: I'll give you a good discount. What were you expecting to pay? Me: I have a coupon for the oil change & maybe it needs an air filter. I was expecting to pay about $40 ... NOT $109. JL: Well. Uh. Let me see what I can do here ... The air filter is $30 ... I ended up paying about $64 ... charged for additional services I didn't want or need. I'm going to say it's because I'm a woman that they felt it was okay to take advantage. I will NEVER go back to this Jippy Lube again.

I went into the Jiffy Lube in Minden on January 29, 2016 thinking I was due for an oil change and the two young men looked under the hood, checked my oil level and told me that I still had over 700 miles to go according to my last oil change tag (which I had misread) and said that everything looked good, then stated that they didn't want to charge me for something that I did not need. They proceeded to check all the fluid levels, turned off my check engine light and checked the air in my tires. They told me I was good to go with no charge. Wow, I must say I was very impressed not only with how professional and friendly they were but I think it was the honesty that really impressed me. So nice to see excellent customer service again. That's how you grow your business and get repeat customers, I'll definitely be back. Good job guys!!!

The employees were rude. They said they do a 2 quart top off but then charged for 4 (instead of the 2 for the top off a d 2 that we should have paid for). We drove by later that afternoon and they decided to step out of the bay and and point at our car and laugh and have the other employees step out to laugh.

I have a Land Rover Disco. I am very skeptical getting this thing serviced but these guys are great! They looked at my Land Rover Discovery, which every service place turns down. Nobody likes working on them, even my mechanic who lives 30 miles away tends to avoid my Rovers service attention. I Needed differential service and if I had the part for the front that would have been checked as well. I will order that and come back. Matthew had excellent customer service. They wont turn you down or charge you for extra, they at least try to help you. I will be back with the part they need to complete the differential service. I hope that you give these guys a chance. Whatever happen is past, these guys are great!
