Wish there was a no star rating. Poor costumer service. I brought a trailer there for a warranty repair they did the work but wouldn't fallow through with the warranty. Had to make a special trip from outside the area to pick up the trailer. When I got there they said that the warranty place was closed and there was nothing they could do about it.

Poor service. Drew the owner, made a huge mistake and expected me to help fix the other customers problem with expediency when we were both done wrong. I was treated as though I had made the mistake, though my car had the other customers tire on it!!!! I spent over 10 hours four different times in the waiting area for one tire!!!!!! Then he put someone else’s tire on after all that!!! I was given the bums rush out the back my car was a mess and I STILL don’t have the tire he said he was getting for me, that I paid for! I felt drew was letting his workers screw him over but in fact they were just doing what he told them. Drew is all about getting the $$$$ then worrying about giving the product that was paid for. I also felt that being a woman had a lot to do with my treatment!!!! They rush around like chicken with head cut off and getting no where fast. I purchased roadside tire service but was given no proof of it. I’ll go ask for it and report back!

I love taking my car here. I am a single lady they check my tires, filters, ect when I get my oil changed. They do a synthetic oil change plus rotate my tires all for one price. They are honest. Reliable.

I ordered and paid for a special trailer tire at the store counter on June 6th 2019. I asked to have it mounted Sat June 15th as I was heading out of town. On wed June 12th I called to make sure the tire was ready and I could get right in on Sat. The person on the ph, Harry, said he had no idea what I was talking about. I changed my lunch plans to ask in person and Harry again "I don't know what your talking about, sorry", even with ny receipt even with my paid receipt in hand. Kody come in, finds the order, said it was sold to someone eles and said there is no tire and I need to talk with Adam who took the order, of course Adam is not there. I then ask if I can order another tire, ya, I finally got a yes. I order the tire that came in on friday and I came in to pick it up Kody ask why I was picking it up when he said, we will have you in and out in less then an hr tmrw. Somewhat oblivious of my lack of customer service just 2 days prior. I loded my tire and came back Sat morning wbere Kody was surprised to see me back, for a tire I already paid for to be mounted and balanced. 2 hrs later I'm finally on the rd.

Easy access, plenty of parking, if you have to leave the vehicle they will provide a ride home. The work was rear wheel adjustment brackets and they got the car in and out in 3 hours! Awesome job, the car drives better and it seemed to be a fair price.

This shop used to be the old Big O Tires that was ran originally by Drew, now Drew turned this building into his own shop, they are very good at what they do some things may be a little pricey but Drew's guys know what they're doing and they have been serving Pahrump for many many years.

I have never found a mechanic as trustworthy, as Drew and his crew. Don't get me wrong, I've had decent ones. I won't complain about them. But, Drew's Tire Pros have handled 2 of my vehicles. And saved them, by proxy. His prices are on par, you understand what you're paying for and why. He's super informative, for those who want the knowledge. And, he just wants to take care of the community. If you haven't, try Drew's Tire Pros. I'm sure you'll walk out feeling glad you did.

I'D STAY AWAY! I will never return. There's other shops in town. 1) They are argumentative and have zero customer service when they screw up 2) They left a mess of mounting lube on my tires and wheels and said it doesn't matter 3) They did not provide a printout for alignment, and made excuses about it. 4) They never called me after my car was finished 5) They botched the alignment job. I have to take it somewhere else to fix it So, according to them, it's ok to leave a mess on customer's tires and wheels, it's ok to not provide a printout of the alignment results Printouts are important for two main reasons: 1) You as a customer know that work was performed, and you'll have some knowledge about the car 2) If the alignment is off after the work, they can go back and use it as a baseline. They have no record of what the alignment was before the changes This is sloppy work.

Called ahead to see about cost of removing a bolt that was stuck in the center of my tire. They said flat fix is free. COOL. Got there, they said it's $15. NOT COOL! Agreed to charge. Told them it was drivers rear tire. Came back 20 minutes later and said they couldn't find any leaks or bolts in tire. They were looking at passenger rear. Had to show them the bright shining bolt in the center of the other tire. SMH:(

Only shop I bring my vehicles to, I have a 2017 scat pack challenger and a ram 1500 truck, they do my oil changes in a timely manner, no appointments like you have to do with the local dealer and no up selling, They are honest and trust worthy, reminds me of the old days when you had that local honest mechanic your grand parents brought their car to.

Went in for 2 new tire's. Was quoted $265 and some change that with tax. Got to Drew's tire at 8:22am. They pull the car into bay waited in job 45 minutes later was told that they doing an alignment without even informing if I needed or want it. Come around 10:06 am was told the tire's on the car was done. Employee thier Adam smacking on chewing gum rang me told me the bill was $296.34. Walk to where my car was park, car door's where left unlock which bother me due to work gear was in the back seat, and a/c was on full blast when I didn't even have the a/c on in the car when I pulled on property. Very dissatisfied.

Service has dropped in last few months. Noticed that tires hadn't been rotated like they're supposed to with oil change. No new sticker to remind me when to change again. Also, they few times now they didnt reset my check engine light. So I took it back for the rest & noticed they hadn't applied my coupon discount! I've been a customer for several years & am considering a change.

Extremely slow service rude to customers I witnessed a man ask how much longer and the owner drew yelled at him. The guy was just asking he sat there over 3 hours. I went in for an oil change and sat 2.5 hours. They took in all flat repairs before a simple oil change. I HATE that place and won't be back. I would give it a 0 rating if I could.

If I could I would say zero stars do not go to this place. Very rude and condescending. They will lie to you about how long it would take and change the piece as well. You'll be sitting there the whole day. They tried to sell me a piece of junk tire. Told me it only be an hour. And apparently there are people sitting in there for hours before me. One lady left came back they told her it'd be another hour. And a couple that was there before went and bought pizza. so basically if you have a whole day to spend waiting to get a tire fixed or replace this place is for you. But don't forget you get this wonderful customer service where employee's are condescending rude. Oh and be careful with pricing because they'll change their price on you as well. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I was told a used tire would be the same type tire and it wasn't , they through it on and left it nasty, the owners brother only saw it fit to tell me how long he has been doing his job and wanting to compair his to mine, he was told I spent 21 yrs fighting for my country flying apache helicopters among other things. It's sad to me that we can't rise above the issues in our country, but we must not stop trying.
