watch the balance here... i purchased a pair of used tires (2) from this place. turns out one of them is cupped, this has caused a severe vibration, shaking and also vehicle instability ( installed on the front). shame on me for buying them without inspecting them. but also shame on the owner of the business, if he doesnt know what he is doing then he wont get very far. as a former tech i should know you get what you pay for...

I went in there because I was having trouble with my alternator. They ended up calling a tow truck, to pick my car up and take it to Carson fixed. The people were wonderful and very helpful. I would not hesitate to try them again.

The worst customer service ever they broke one of the lugs off the wheel an told my wife it will be o.k. an act like they didn't have to fix it, just shady work

I regret I ever went to this place. Promised to match the price of tires I found on Amazon. When job was done invoice had $13 more per tire plus normal charges for balancing, labor, disposal etc. That was just a beginning. My aftermarket aluminum wheels had black oily residue all over them, 2 small black deep dings on one wheel and every lug nut hole on each wheel had deep scuff marks from impact wrench. When I showed it to him all he said "I am sorry". At this point I suspected there might be more. I drove to Carson and found shop with reversible torque wrench and asked them to loosen one of the lug nuts. It took 200 lbs to loosen it. (outright dangerous). Vehicle manual spec is 88 lbs. Went back to Dayton and told him about it and ask him to fix it. He refused stating that he trusts his impact wrench and that it was set at 95 lbs for my wheels. Impact wrench to torque lug nuts on wheels? What a joke. End up going back to Carson and the guy who originally checked it set the torque to mfg. spec.

Brought in my car to check the brakes. They took the car right in (with appointment) and didn't find any issue. (Must have been a small pebble stuck in the caliper) they put the tires back on , no charge. In fact the grinding sound was gone after the inspection. I will be bringing my car and truck. Nice guys.

Bought my tires here a few years ago, reasonably priced and wasn't too long of a wait time. Had a huge screw in my tire and they fixed it for free. Only took 20 minutes and I was out of there.

Went here to have my transmission filter replaced and my gasket with it went out to my car the next day and my garage floor had a puddle of ATF on the ground my new gasket was just the cheapest option of ATV silicone instead of a $30 gasket will not ever return to this pathetic shop again
