Got a quote for 2 rear tires for my car- for the exact same tire, they were nearly $150 more ($75 per tire) than every competitor. Ended up finding tire at Discount Tire approximately $200 cheaper for the pair.

I have a 20 year old Lexus and really unfortunately in one off the last snows of this winter I slid on snow and ice in hit a light pole. The was still drivable. So I drove for a few days but I was very difficult and unsafe. So I took to Walker at 7:30 am and 5 hours later I was back on the road again minus the damage to vehicle. Thanks Walker!

I went in recently for an alignment, and when i drove home it seemed that they had done it wrong. When I went back, however they looked at it for almost an hour and decided that it wasnt an alignment issue. Even though it was not their job, because it didnt have anything to do with the work theyd done (actually the new tires i bought) they went out of their way to figure out the problem for me. Even told me to bring it back in next week and theyd rotate the tires for free just to see what the problem is. Nice to see customer service that goes above and beyond expectation.

My mom and I were driving down the hill from Old Chicago when our rear door flew open! We rolled into Walker Tire and Service and two nice men (one was named Norm, we didn't catch the other man's name) came out immediately and fixed it in 95 degree heat. They even lubed the latches on the other doors, just in case, and they refused payment. In return, I'd like to tell everyone to come to Walker Tire for their needs. They're kind and trustworthy and didn't take advantage of two desperate women with a baby. Thank you so much!!!

Got my tires here last year, they provided me with a courtesy car for the day and I have had the oil changed and tires rotated (which is free for life of tires!!) The employees are always very helpful and honest. Highly recommend this Walker Tire!

I'm blown away by the professionalism, customer service, and kindness of this auto shop. They did a complete vehicle inspection on my 2003 Yukon, completely free of charge, and even provided me a video of the inspection. They took the time to throughly inspect the vehicle and make any necessary calls to GMC on certain parts. They broke the estimate down line item by line item and really made me feel at ease. Hands down THE BEST shop I've ever been to! Keep doing what you're doing! You all are amazing!

From the moment Steve-answered the phone he was genuinely interested and committed to helping me get my problem resolved. My car is a Maserati and tires were obviously difficult to find but Steve did everything in his power to find the right replacement and I was on my way. Forever loyal to Walker tire and specifically Steve!

First time taking my 19 year old Cadi in with a leaky power steering system. Actually got me in earlier than they predicted, which was nice. When they called they had two quotes and the service manager recommended the cheaper option because of the age of my car. The more expensive option was an updated fix from GM to avoid that hose leaking again. He told me if I got 170,000 miles out of it the first time, it probably wouldn’t be worth the extra $200 to update it. The job was done quickly and I had and overall good experience.

Wonderful service! Had a very hot disc brake and rim near here on Memorial Day. Dropped off my car and drove a friend's vehicle home. Called Walker the next morning to explain. They checked out the bearing and brakes and drove the car some to check it out further. They didn't find anything wrong and didn't charge me a penny! Very nice of them to give me the confidence to drive 30+ miles back home. So far, still not having any reoccurence of the problem with the heat. Excellent customer service and friendly and helpful. If I lived near here, they'd have my full time business!

I was having air conditioning problems and they went above and beyond to find the issue and provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision. They took me home while it was being worked on, and delivered the car to me when it was finished. I highly recommend this establishment!

Jodi and her team are amazing. My experience could not have been better. Jodi assessed my cards needs for tires, suggested the right tire and had them mounted , balanced and me road ready in less than an hour from the time I walked in. My car handled so smooth when I left. This location specifically has an amazing waiting area, super clean shop and the restrooms were incredibly clean (I'm a guy - these are easily overlooked - they were more reminiscent of a fine hotel than mechanics shop). This was unlike any auto shop I have ever seen. I can's say enough good things about this store or its' staff. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

These guys are local and pursue excellence. They are only open from 8-5 because they want their employees to enjoy and have time at home. Pkus, they're men of integrity. They encourage preventative maintenance and will shoot you straight when they think a vehicle NEEDS maintenance, vs. predatory commission work. Love coming here again and again to work with Kyle, Ed, and Dale.
