I live in Lincoln. My son just turned 16 and drove to Omaha to help out his Aunt by taking his little cousin to his football practice and take him home. They stopped to put air in the tires. I still don't know how but he blew two tires out at the air pump. Me being an hour away felt frazzled about what to do. I googled local tire store and was directed to Tommy's and thank God I was! I got my son towed there and even though they were extremely busy they put me at complete ease. They got my boys right back on the road safley and fast!!! Not to mention it was easy on my wallet too! Thank you thank you thank you !! You guys Rock!!!!!

I purchased a set of Firestone tires for my truck. After 11 months I had an issue with the tires starting to come apart and I went back to Tommy's to discuss this with them about fixing the tires. The owner told me that I should just wait and see how many miles I could get out of the tires. I did not think this was a good response and I went to a local Firestone store where they promptly replace the tires on my truck due to the manufacturer's defect and a safety concern. Tommy's tires had no concern for my safety or well-being it was all about his pocketbook I will never recommend them to anyone else ever. Stay away from this place! They do not care about your safety!

Plugged a nail pierced tire that another shop couldn't do. Only cost twenty bucks. Location is a bit offset from Center. Have to go through the Ace or Old Chicago parking lots. Will definitely stop here first next time I have a tire problem.

Just replaced a donut and little else. Fair price for a new tire and no extra charge to have it put on. Quick too, took it there and 20 minutes later I was continuing with my life.

Have been there to sell a used tire. It has less than 300 miles on it. The guys took a good look at the tire and offered me $10 dollars. Was very disappointed and had to turn the offer down. Tried to talk through them but they were very firm. I was able to sell it for $40 in market place though.

Went to Jensen's and Discount Tires to get a set of 26 inch rims put on my truck, and neither could do it. Went to Tommy's, and they had the equipment and time to do it, not excuses. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Had it put on and balanced, even without an appointment. I go here for everything now.

Best rim shops in town. This location has a huge selection of offroad wheels and tires. They also have the bigger ones 24" 26" wheels. I got my truck lifted and some 20" wheels and 37" tires. They did a great job it looks great and rides great. Thanks Tommy's Tires

After i had a flat tire the "J" word wanted to sell me 4 new tires for $750 plus installation and taxes for my pathfinder, went to Tommys and paid $45 dollars since my flat need to be replaced and the other three tires were fine. Staff was courteous and service was very fast.

Worst experience with any tire shop in my whole life. Staff was very disrespectful and snobby. The job took double the amount of time they quoted me. One of the technicians ruined a tire I brought in to mount. Then tried to make me buy a new one, after their mistake. The owner was even more disrespectful than any techs. I would NEVER recommend Tommy’s Tires. Steer clear of these crooks!

I went to Tires Plus today because I had a nail in my tire. They told me they couldn't fix it after an hour of waiting and then tried to sell me four new tires. I asked one of the guys working at the desk to point me in the direction of somebody who would be able to take the nail out and they pointed me to Tommy's. I walked in, showed the worker the nail, and he had me in and out in 10 minutes for $15. Needless to say, I'll be back with any more tire problems that may arise.

Sold me a set of new tires and 20" rims, Ford stock rims. 3 rims were ok but have chips, 4th rim is a mix match. It's been months I've been trying to get a rim to match, no luck. Was even willing to swap out but wanted to charge me about what I already paid. But have to say, good guy's and good service.

Thanks to the influx of public swimming pools being built by mother nature in the middle of every major cross street in Omaha, I had the opportunity to replace a blown tire at Tommy's Tires and Customs. From the street, they have always looked like and expensive, custom shop. But they are Super friendly, EXTREMELY affordable, and wonderfully fast.
