After extensive front end work I still had a vibration in the front end of my teuck. They said nothing was wrong with my tires. Then back to repair shop all okay there. Back to tire shop where I had to beg to get it in to look it over. They said it would be a wait. That gave me enough time to stew about the way I had been talked to. I got in my truck and was pulling out, the guy I been been talking to said you are next. I said I really don't think I want you to do anything for me again. I was right it was taken care of when Discount rotated 2 tires (directional tread) and balanced all 4 wheels. No more vibration.

I like Tommy's they're Really nice and the service is Usually quick. The only problem I have is I always seem to have a uncommon Rim size. So the last time i went there the only used tire they had for me was"gently" used so it was 80 bucks!! That being said I love the fact that they do 90 days same as cash. so if you're ever in a bind this place Will get you Right.

The customer service is great!! The store has all kinds of blingy rims on display. I bought a new tire instead of used, because it was only $35 more. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to make purchases from Tommy's tires. I drove in on a donut 5 minutes after a flat. I am a female and I was given a fair price. I will buy the rest of my tires here new.

Needed a spare rim & tire. Couldn't find anything reasonably priced locally until someone suggested Tommy's. Tommy went to great lengths to find the best condition and closest match rim and tire from his stock. Price seemed a bit cheaper than what I saw on-line. Service was fast and friendly. I now have a spare tire that's probably better than what I'm running on now, for less than what most were selling used steel rims & tires for. They took care of plughing a rear tire truck @ a reasonable time w/somebody I was w/there (last weekend) for 1 standard note (taxes included). Fast service. But.,,I got two new used tires for my car and the very next day one of them was almost flat. And it's been a week now and I've had to air one if not both if them up every day since I bought them. Also they advertised if you spend 75$ on tires you would get a coupon for one free detail for your vehicle. They didn't honor that and acted as though I'd been smoking something and dreamt it up. Won't go back there again.

The guy that asked me what I needed and what not made me feel heard. Then, I waited 45minutes. I know they were busy and it was 5pm already down the hour to close, but I literally was the last person to leave and I am pretty sure three people that came in my after me were taken care of before me. I wasn't told what my tires needed until after it was done and had to pay. It was an ok experience. Nothing to make me feel "I'll be back".

I was a walk-in to the N. 60th location on a busy Friday morning and was helped immediately. First off--as I waited for my car, I observed how quick, efficient, knowledgeable, & friendly Troy was- great at multitasking!! It was very busy with customers in the store & calling. There was a young pregnant girl waiting for her car a few seats down from me when Troy gave her the news about her "other tire also needing replaced ASAP as it wasn't safe to be driven on". I overheard the young lady tell him she could only afford to take care of the one tire. I interrupted their conversation & told Troy that I would pay for her other tire. I was genuinely concerned for this young soon-to-be-mother (even though I didn't know her), & really wanted her to have a safe vehicle. Pleasantly surprised, Troy said "he would take care of it for her". The young lady was so amazed & grateful & so was I!! It's hard to come by caring people who want to help others! I am very impressed & wanted to be sure people knew of this random act of kindness. I am now a customer for life! Also, despite of how busy it was, my car was done in less than an hour! Keep up the great business Tommy's Tires!! =)

I have been to Tommy's a couple of times over the past couple of years and have always had great service. Even when they are busy I have never waited more than an hour. I was in yesterday with 2 nails in my tire, they had patched the same one a few months previously with the same issue (appears I am a nail magnet). I ended up getting a new tire due to where one of the nails were, they showed me where and why it may not be good to patch it again. They even discounted the tire because it was one of theirs, even though the damage wasn't any fault of theirs! Great service, always friendly, they explain what they need to do and the price beforehand and it is never more than what they quoted(if not less)! I would and have recommend this place to anyone!

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. No one except the first person you talk to knows what's going on. Gave them $500 deposit and wait a week for my rims to get in. Call the day they were supposed to be there and they tell me "Oh the company emailed us last week, they only have three of those rims." Why wouldn't they tell us that right away? Then we order some different rims wait another week for them to come in and they try to change the price they quoted us. We ended up demanding a refund and going somewhere else. I will never go back. The guys who manage the shop need to get organized and learn to treat their customers better. This place is a joke. Been hearing bad things about them since the 90's and I cant believe they are still in business. Going to Omaha Casing now; they are amazing!

Great old school tire shop atmosphere. I needed to have a bad tire swapped on a rim with one that I already owned. Went to one of the franchise owned stores and was told they couldn't do it because they were different brands but same size same same tread wear etc. swung by Tommy's and was in and out in twenty minutes and it was super affordable. Regardless to say they earned my business next month when I can afford to get all new tires and rims.
