These people are horrible we are from out of town and they robbed us! Our car broke down on the highway looked at google reviews and brought it here trusting them. We left our car here found a ride back to Colorado and they said they took a look at it. We came back and payed and come to find out they didn’t even move our car didn’t look at it and stated the obvious that the engine is bad. I requested a diagnostic and he typed it right in front of me only stating the engine is bad. We obviously knew that when we brought it in and they charged us for literally nothing!!! We have no diagnostic we were lied to and horrible service! Do NOT come here!!!

Bent a rim on my 4 wheeler putting on new tires and then didn't tell me about it, I found it when I got them home. Took a month for them to get me a new rim. There manager needs to be replaced.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was told that someone would come down and jump-start my car so I could bring it in for some electrical work, the dude somehow fails to do so (I later jump started it with a buddy with no issue..) and was then told that it would be towed later that day and to leave my key in the ignition. 12 hours later my car is still sitting there with the key in the ignition and not so much as a phone call on the status of the job. What kind of company displays such incompetence??

Fine people. They didn't have the tire we needed, as they'd just put them on a car the day previous, but they called the other tire store in town to help us find it. They referred us to Town & Country Service Center down the road, but I'd come back here just for the honesty and helpfulness.

I had an air pump and engine belt break on I-80 and was towed here just before closing. Even though it was just before Thanksgiving and they were slammed, they had my van fixed and ready to go the next day. My sincerest thanks go out to Jim and everyone else there for the honest, hard work they did for me! I would rather break down on the interstate nowhere else.

Jim and Zack word amazing. In the middle of a move, I had an unexpected repair come up. They squeeze me in and got it fixed for me that afternoon so I was able to get back on the road with almost no delay. If they were closer, I would happily make them my new mechanics. Thanks again!

We needed a tire swapped with our spare on our travel trailer. They did it quickly and got us back on the road. Cost us $20 which was a little high but worth it for the speed. We got to our destination and our spare apparently fell off while we were driving because when we called they said they put it back. Apparently not correctly! So now we have to buy a new rim. No apologies or any restitution.

T.O. Haas. The guys are so nice! My car broke down with a water pump issue and overheated which caused my engine block to crack in my Honda Civic. Considering it is a 2006 and has over 185,000 miles it is not cost effective to replace the engine. I had to get a hotel in town while waiting on the pump since I was traveling to Colorado. I stayed at the Travelodge and his son gave me a ride there and they were so nice!! Later when they found the engine block was cracked/ and my car was not safe to drive..... I was going to have to wait for my brother from Colorado pick me up to tow me (3 hours away)... they brought me lunch while I waited! Papa burger from A and W and a root beer

Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. We needed new tires Midway through a cross country trip and this was the only shop in 100 miles that had the right size tire. They had us back on the road in under an hour and didn't take advantage of our situation. Waiting area was clean and staff was kind!
