I compared prices at three local tire sellers and T.O.Haas was the lowest. The price also included free rotation, balancing, and flat tire repair for the lif of the tires. They were very professional and it only took 45 minutes for them to install the tires. I was very satisfied with their service.

JEB DUNKLAU keeps me rollin when Im barely in town and never know when I can go home with my Trucking schedule. I have had several trucks in my fleet go down within the last couple months and his crew hurried up to get my stuff done so I could meet all my deadlines within my short time home. He has worked on my GMC snow plow trucks and both my Chevy duallys and when IM OUT OF TOWN I know with Jeb Dunklau down the street from my house that my girlfriend can always call him for help which has also been a great peice of mind for me while Im busy Trucking. I have also refferred all my family too T.O. Haas because of the last minute and excellent service I need when I NEED IT DONE ! He has sold me alot of tires and also alot of parts for over the last few years because I used to run the vehicle fleet at the Railroad and you guys worked with me since they had a tight budget in my department . Jeb Dunklau is very good for T.O. Haas because I'd have him do all my stuff wherever he works.

I will go here for all of my car needs from now on. I had an appointment to get my car looked at and possibly breaks redone. My mom dropped it off for me. They gave her a ride home. Then, when it was done, they delivered it back to her. On top of it all, after looking at it, they called me promptly to let me know that nothing really needed to be done with my vehicle, that the breaks and everything were still fine. They said they'd be happy to replace them if I really wanted them to, but that they wanted to save me money and not buy new parts if I didn't need them. That is unheard of! From past experience, car places try to drain you of your cash. T.O. Haas not only didn't give me new breaks that I don't need, but they didn't even charge me to look at it. The whole thing cost $0! ...and the employees are very kind. It was just an overall great experience. I strongly recommend them!

Dropped vehicle off on time to get new tires and alignment done. They said they were a little behind on schedule due to some workers not being there, so I was figuring they would take longer. They took vehicle in within 10 mins and got to work. I was glad they were honest and open about the situation and ended up beating their estimated time while informing me about everything they worked on

I work afternoons/nights so it’s always difficult finding a shop that can have my vehicle done and ready before I need to leave for work. T.O. Haas got my vehicle in at the scheduled time & had it done when I needed it, that’s a rarity in Norfolk. The total ended up being cheaper than we expected (another rarity), Brad was professional & helpful the whole time, overall extremely satisfied! Definetly has my business in the future.
