We, between my husband and myself have bought 18 tires in the last 6 months. A set of 4 for two Ford Fusions, a Ford Taurus, a F150 and a set of 2 for another Ford Taurus. The 2nd Ford Fusion, I purchased a set of two on June 3rd after Armando explained the side walls were getting thin on the back tires. I ordered the second set of 2 to go on the back. He asked if I could buy new lug nuts to go all the way around. He said they would change out the lug nuts when I came in on Friday to get the two rear tires on. I stopped in on Thursday to make sure the lug nuts were the correct ones. He told me they were. We took the car on Friday to get the tires put on the back. After waiting about 20 min. Armando said the truck was late and they couldn't do it Friday, could we bring it back Satutday. We did. He then told me the lug nuts were the wrong ones, so I had to go exchange them. At that time they discovered there were two broken lug bolts on the drivers side front wheel while they were putting on the new lug nuts on the front tires. Armando apologized and admitted it was their fault and said they would make it right and fix it at no charge. This was on June 7th. Also between the time of getting the front tires put on and June 7th. one of the front hub caps fell off. Armando said we needed a new hub cap, which my granddaughter had just put a new one on in October. I purchased a new one. My husband put on the new hub cap and found that the lug nuts were not tight on that wheel. The other three were Ok. He said they could do the lug bolts on Tuesday June 11th. I called to make sure they could do them, he put me off again until today, toward the end of the day. I called around 3:30 p.m. He said he could do it if I coud get it there and leave it for an hour or so. I took it in right after that. He acted like it was all fine until the other employee was working with someone else and discovered that job was going to take longer than they thought. Armando then wanted to put me off again till the next morning. I explained that we had been put off too many times. I got upset, he got upset. He said he didn't break the lug bolts. I said maybe you, not personally but they did break them. He admitted it was their fault. He told me he was trying to treat me right and I wasn't understanding and I could just leave. I will not go back!!! I was worried they might break something else. My granddaughters safty is the most important. This will be reported to their corporate company. My name changed. Tires were bought under Edward Barnum and Patti or Patricia Barnum. I see there are several people who wrote reviews being asked to purchase new lug nuts and where they stripped the lug bolts.

Awesome place to get tires! They all were so friendly and nice enough to take my friend and I in 15 min before closing cause her tire popped. They also gave her an awesome deal! Totally recommend them if you have car problems.

Armando and his staff were very helpful. I pulled in with a damaged tire (6” long nail) and they had me fixed up along with an oil change in no time. The only downside to this shop was there was no A/C in the waiting area or even for the staff. It was a balmy 95 degrees in there and we had to wait for about 35 minutes. Not the most comfortable feeling in the world. I hope the corporate office finds it in their hearts to save future customers from such and unpleasant experience. All told, it was an excellent mechanical experience.

Peerless has been and always will be my go to. It's where my Dad has always gone and he's taught me the best when it comes to my vehicles. Any employee I've gone to has been helpful and honest. I always get my tires checked before a long road trip and I trust them when they tell me I'm good to go. Thank you for being so quick too!

Terrible service, after proving they did my brake job, they still didn't contact me. I some personal issues come up, so finally I went to them. He tried to tell me it was my brake fluid causing the trouble. But I checked that out with mechanics I know and trust, not true. He did say he would replace parts, but that the invoice he had didn't show what, so he would have investigate. Two days later still nothing. I will never go to peerless again for anything.

They used wrong socket Stripped 4 lug nuts blames ford wants me to buy a new set for all 4 wheels i go buy them the correct socket and notice they didnt tighten my lugs.im at home its 4 hours later theyre closed my old tires are still on my truck with stripped lugs on both wheels if i get a flat im screwed meanwhile theyve got my new tires at the shop refusing to put them on till i buy new lugs wich are 120 bucks and only special order from ford they ruined them and wont fix their mistake.i can remove the old ones with tire iron and put em back on no need for 20 lugs but im screwed on the 4 that they stripped.i called john the regional manager will update how he handles armondo and this mess.

I was in there the other day to talk to him about tires and they were very helpful 11-29-18. Bought 4 new tires and an alignment Armondo was very professional in helping me get the right size tires on my truck and chris did a good job on my alignment my truck steers better than it was and I can't believe how much quieter it is going down the road in my opinion they both went beyond their duties to get me fixed up.
