Service was pretty fast but was over $100 on my $300 work car. Now I need another tire a year later. TO Haus got me in the shop in 2 minutes $54 !!!! TO Haus had my business from here on out.

I got a blowout passing through Nebraska. North Platte was the first town afterwards. The staff were kind and helpful. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them if you are ever in the area.

Nice friendly staff but prices are high. Mount and balance two roll in tires was $50 instead of $30-$35 like most shops in town. Next time I will just spend the extra $15 and buy my own tire machine from Menards.

The WORST! I only used them as it was convenient that they would pick my vehicle up and bring it back when i needed an oil change. I just paid over 200$ to fix what they almost completely destroyed!!!! My vehicle REQUIRES FULL SYNTHETIC OIL and every time this is what they have charged me for. Apparently they just use their bulk oil and charge you for the expensive oil. Thank you Modern Tire for almost blowing up my engine. AVOID them!!!!

Good honest folks who totally saved the day (and our 300 mile drive home)! We had a tire emergency and they could have charged us a small fortune, but they didn't. Instead they charged us a very fair price to replace our unusual tire, and they didn't charge us to recycle our busted tire. These folks are top notch. Thumbs up!

The thing that got to me the most was the fact that out of the 3 times they drove this vehicle, never did they put it in park. They were baffled as to why the keys wouldn't come out of the ignition. One of the service guys even looked at me and said, "so the keys don't come out of the ignition," and he walked away before I could make sure that they actually did. Here's how i got there. I took an explorer in to have a tire patched. Of course, the nail was in the sidewall so they couldn't fix it, and suggested I get a new tire. As it turns out only replacing one tire on a 4WD is a terrible idea and will burn up your transfer case. So I went back a couple weeks later for 3 more tires. I will never go back to such a careless business.

I felt lied to when I was quoted over the phone a price and it changed by 150.00 when I went to pay.... Here is the tire price... For the tires alone no mount no balance just the tires... What good are just the tires when i can't put them on???

Got great advice on trailer tires. 2 of my old ones were crowning which was an indication of internal belt failure. We went with a higher belt count on the replacement tires. I now have more confidence for future travel.

A trustworthy place that does good work & stand behind their repairs. Nice people there! Reasonable prices too! Update: I accidentally left my wallet in plain sight with my license, credit cards and some cash, in a vehicle that they were working on for 2 days. When I picked it up I looked through my wallet and nothing had been touched! So thankful. They will take good care of you. FYI a hole in a tire will cost you about $20 to repair and no appointment needed.

Slow, and according to my corporate's national maintenance plan, overpriced. Had to remind them the reset the tire pressure monitoring system and then had to tell the tech how... very professional **UPDATE** Due to my corporate vehicle maintenance plan I have limited options where I can take my box truck for service. Today they at least got my truck done quickly but 3 out of 4 visits I have had to remind them to reset the tire pressure monitoring system after a tire rotation

Excellent. I took my traverse in to get the alignment checked before traveling to California and they found center tread on tires were too shallow, even though outer tread was ok. Good catch by them. So I got 4 new tires and an alignment for a reasonable price and they had the odd sized tires in stock. An hour and a half later they were done. And they had to stay a little late to finish. Will go back.

Used to go here all the time. Not anymore! I told them the problem with my tires making a sound like im driving on mudders when i went in for an alignment. Once done they tried to say the noise was my CV axles going out(rich i knew it was not). I took it down the road and the assignment had completely fixed everything (I'd hit a curb so it was quite off before). Obviously they never even looked into the sound and just tried to tack on what would have been $100's had i actually gave in to their Bs. Do yourself a favor and take it to T.o. hass or anywhere else for that matter. Absolutely pathetic here and they've only gotten worse over the years I'd been going

My husband and I were traveling from Wyoming to Ohio when we got a flat tire in Nebraska. I called Modern Tire Pros from the interstate to see if we could get a new tire put on that day. The staff were super nice and helpful. They got our vehicle in as soon as we pulled in the parking lot! All 4 tires ended up needing to be replaced, and I thought, "Oh great. They know we are from out of town and in a bind, so they are going to gouge the price." I couldn't have been more wrong. They gave us a very fair price, and we were back on the road within an hour! Have taken another vehicle in on my off day to get the control arm bolts tightened on as I don’t have air tools, and was told they don’t do mechanical work on weekends. Yeah that’s lucky number 4 of taking vehicles in that they don’t fix anything. Waste of time

I rarely post an immediate review but this place did wonders for us on our trip home. We’ve been dealing with a tire that had been slowly losing air, including one time we completely filled it up wondering if maybe changes in altitude did something odd. Within 15 minutes our tire was patched. A nail had protruded into the tire and could’ve caused us major problems miles away from home and who knows where we’d have to ask for help since I’m disabled. THANK YOU for getting us back on track for our trip. Enjoy some photos of the place. Clean waiting area, bathrooms, etc. They had a variety of tires, accessories, and so much more (including a BBQ grill).

I completely agree with another reviewer who stated that these individuals will lie regarding mistakes they have made with a vehicle. I took my car in to have a tire repaired. I was told it couldn't be repaired and that they had a tire that they could replace it with, that had the same tread depth as mine. I said great put it on. They put on the wrong size tire which caused the rear end on my all wheel drive car to go out. Then they lied and said I told them to put it on, even though it would cause damage. Perhaps the owners aren't aware of what is going on at their business and need to address these issues with the manager. But I'm sure the manager will say that myself and the other reviewers are liars. I am a respectable member of this community and it's upsetting to me the level of dishonesty that has gone on regarding this situation. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
