Sitting here in their shop right now. My car broke down on the way to back home to Colorado and these guys were the only ones who helped. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of service. They checked on my car to see what was going on and they were accommodating as I sat and waited for a family member (who drove from Colorado) to come pick me up. These guys really cared about the work they did and their customers. I’m hoping to never be in this situation again, and I am not sure I will be back just because I usually only drive through the area. But if I lived around Grand Island, NE, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thanks, Miller Tire.

Have always took my cars to miller since I moved here 3 years ago I honestly thought they where a trust worthy businesse but I was so wrong and I wasted so much money for nothing went there mostly for oil changes but my tires where getting worn so I bought 4 new ones 2 weeks in one tire goes out they don't tell you that the 3 yr warranty doesn't include labor a couple months later 2nd tire constantly going flat paid 800 Dollars to get my husbands envoy check light fixed they told me so much was wrong with the car other then the misfire that continued to come on after they supposedly fixed it when we took it back they said oh no this is a completely different problem even though auto zone told us the code was still coming up as a miss fire they told us 600 to fix the "new" problem we said nope took it to another auto shop 200 dollars to fix the problem and they added fluid's the car was needing problem solved never ever going back to millers they lost a loyal customer and I hope they reply and tell me I'm lying cause I will post pictures of the estimate they gave me and what I actually paid somewhere else

Guys were super friendly, had a stuck bolt on a caliper I couldn't get loose while trying to do my own brakes, brought in my parts and they replaced my brakes and rotor with self acquired parts. For $30 it was totally worth the wait. The area seems semi shady but don't let that fool you, these guys are friendly and care about your vehicle, they definitely show that through their services. Thanks Miller Tire Pros!

I left a nice long bad review on Yelp. You guys are crooks. Liars. Won't do the right thing when you screw up and stand by your work, which was too tight lug nuts. New tires (expensive), and lied about making sure the brake pads were checked FIRST, changed if needed. Long story short , a month later I need all new rotors and brake pads AND it was dangerous for my family! I will use word of mouth and social media to get the word out what crooked Jerks Miller Tires is.

This is my first visit to this tire shop. I had a slow leak in my rear tire and wanted to make an appointment. I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon and even though they looked pretty busy they said they could fix it right now and save me a trip back. I have big low profile tires on a sports car and was a little concerned, they said we do these all the time. The leak was hard to find, but they did find it. I went to go pay, they said 'no charge' but gave them $20 anyway. I did not buy my tires there, but I will be back when I need replacements. Thanks!
