This guys sold me a tire for my pickup truck with double wheels in the back. The wheel that they sold to me was old and went off in a week and kill it and the second tire. When I called them to figure it out they said “we can only return you the money for the bad tire but the second one and the work it’s not our problem” my suggestion is to not go to this place anymore !!!!!!

My wife and I, and my sister and her husband, have been going here for service for the last couple of years and always received excellent customer service and fair pricing. This morning I went in to have a tire repaired on my Honda Odyssey that O'Daniel Honda claimed was unrepairable, not only did Midwest Tire repair it and rotate my tires, they did it in 30 minutes for $28. I even forgot to tell them to rotate the tires until after they repaired the hole and they didn't complain or moan and groan as you would expect from an automotive repair shop. We've had plenty of bad experiences with more well known tire companies. It is such a relief to walk into a tire shop and trust the people that work there. Hands down, this place has shown consistently excellent customer service over the last six years.

We had three road hazard repairs in two weeks and Midwest Tire was able to get our van back on the road in about an hour every time. Besides great customer service they also had the World Cup on in the waiting area, which helped pass the time. A well organized and skillful crew!

Had a flat, took it to one tire store, they said the rim was bent and I'd have to get a new one. Looked at a couple different junkyards, couldn't find one. Went to Midwest Tire, they told me the same story, offered to find a rim for me. Jim was the guy who looked, he tried their standard sources but said he couldn't find one for less than $120, he thought that was outrageous. He suggested a couple of places I could look, said if I found a rim, he could probably find me a used tire for $30 or so. I checked with one of the places he suggested and found a rim for $70! Bought it, brought it to Midwest, Jim found me a used tire for LESS than $30. Friendly guy, fast service, I have always had good experience at Midwest, and now even better because of Jim. THANKS!!!

After reading a lot of tire shop reviews, I wanted to go to Midwest Tire Company to get a high-end tire replaced on my son's 2014 Roush Mustang GT. I can see why the reviews are so good and why they their family has had this business going strong for 4 generations! Their service is quite extraordinary and very reasonably priced. I was totally impressed, and that isn't easy. They were a lot farther away than many other shops around us but way worth it!

We used to like Midwest tire, but after we asked them for an estimate on new wheel bearings they said our brand new breaks (installed less than a month ago) needed to be replaced along with a dozen other things we didn't ask for. Good for tires, not for anything else, typical money grabbing strategies for people who don't know any better. Never again guys, sorry you lost a customer.

On my trip through Omaha, I had a tire blow out on a very wet and rainy day. I called and spoke with the excellent people at Midwest. They had a service truck out to me within 15 mins, and quickly put my spare on. Since I was heading north away from town, they were very helpful in trying to direct me to a good tire shop on down the road, instead of trying to get me to drive back the way I came just to fix the tire. I decided that since they had done such a good job that I would give them the business and was glad I did. They gave me an excellent deal on a used tire(actually in pretty good condition) and had me back on my way. What could have easily been several hundred dollars and lots of lost hours, I was back under way in maybe 1.5hrs and less than $100. That was a steal in my opinion. Thanks a bunch Midwest. I do not live anywhere close to Omaha but I know where to call if I'm in there area.

I've never written a review before so either I'm having a real feel good day, or Midwest Tire is great (probably both). I had a tire puncture. A different place told me they could not patch it (with no explanation) and so I brought it to Midwest Tire for second opinion. 1. They treated me like someone who came in to fix their car, not "a young female who knows nothing." A million kudos for this and probably the main reason I felt compelled to write a review. 2. I rolled up with no appointment on a Saturday. They seemed very busy, yet the owner/manager (I think?) still came right out to my car and got someone looking at my tire ASAP. 3. He took me to the shop and explained to me exactly what happened and gave me all options. He didn't question my situation and helped me decide what was best for me. 4. They patched my tire right away, and priced me out for a new tire for when I'm ready buy one. This price was $50+ cheaper than two other places I got tire quotes. Cheerio, Midwest Tire. I'll be back!

I got a flat tire during work. I ran over the tiniest little nail. I went to Firestone on 50th and L to get it patched/fixed. (I'm a delivery driver. I noticed the flat on a delivery a couple blocks from the store. I decided to drive back there before putting on the donut.) Guy said that due to driving on the flat I damaged it too much by driving on it and that if he were to disassemble it, a bunch of powder from the deterioration of the tire would be inside. No offer to check. I went to Midwest Tire Company after work the next day as it's downtown, close to my job. I told him what happened, including my visit to Firestone. He said that he might be right about the powder but he wouldn't know if it was fixable unless someone took a look inside. Had someone do it, came to me minutes later and said they could patch it! Yay, I didn't have to buy a new tire. They were busy and I was told there were people ahead of me but got it fixed and on my car in less than a half hour. Great service, and friendly. I wish I remembered the guy's name that helped me.

Do not trust these people with your vehical, they will scam you in a heart beat! I had my mechanic replace my upper ball joint, and look at my ider and tipper arms before I took my truck to Midwest Tire for an alignment. Once Midwest Tire got to "reviewing" my truck, they infomed me I needed to have all of this same work done on my truck before they could properly align my tires. When I informed him that this was just done and inspected and given the okay to take it in for an alignment he told me my mechanic was lying to me and no work had been done. We both climbed under the truck and took a look at the shinney new upper ball joint that my mechanic had put on 3 days earlier! Avoid these people at all costs!

Was driving back home to NC after a vacation in Glacier/Yellowstone when I realized my two front tires were worn from all the mountain driving. Called the shop a few hours outside of Omaha to see if they had my tires which they didn't but they ordered them. When I arrived them immediately got to work on my car and had me back in the road in under an hour. Their friendly staff and reasonable pricing was very appreciated by this "out of towner." John registered my tires with their maker and gave me all the warranty information I may need if they cause me any problems - can take them to any of my local NC dealers if need be. I would recommend this place to locals and those just passing through (like me) that need tire help!

I brought my kids to Omaha from DesMoines,IA for a trip to the zoo. We woke up at the hotel to find that someone stole my wheel right off my car. I thought are trip was ruined for sure. After getting a ride to pick up lug nuts and puthing the spare on we started driving up and down the road looking for a shop that could help. After 3 stops we found Midwest tire. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Midwest Tire. Took my truck in for a Service Engine Soon light, possible antifreeze leak, and elevated running temperature. They charged me $70 for running diagnostics, told me to get my computer updated if my "Service Engine Soon" light comes back on, and told me to clean my own air filter when I got home because they couldn't clean it in the shop. Went home and 2 days later my truck was overheating again, still leaking antifreeze. I took time off work to get my truck there and they charged me $70 for nothing more than the hassle of dealing with them. Strongly recommend other shops in the area, as they fixed the actual problem in a timely manner at a reasonable price for services offered.

Had a small nail and slow leak in a tire. Took it to a large chain who tried to sell me a new set (would need to replace all 4 since vehicle is AWD) even though I still had some life left in the tires. After reading reviews on Google I decided to try Midwest Tire and I am very glad that I did. Took my car into Midwest Tire yesterday for some major work: rack & pinion replacement, outer tie rods, wheel alignment and rotating my tires. I showed up late for my appointment yet they still fit me in and graciously put 2 technicians on my job so I could pickup my vehicle before they closed. Midwest offers quality tires and top-notch service! I dropped off my car today for tire rotation which comes with tire purchase. I also had them check a leaking tire which they patched, also for free as road hazard coverage came with the tires (I didn't know that!). Midwest Tire is a great reason to shop local.
