I was traveling out of town and got a flat. I just picked up a nail in the same tire a week before during a Chicago polar vortex and purchased another tire from my Mercedes dealer. I knew it wasn’t economical but I was leaving on this trip the next day and had no time to mess with the issue, especially when every auto service place was busy with frozen cars. When I got this flat in the same week-old tire, I sure didn’t want to buy another one. Living in a city, I’m aware that most flats can be patched but it could go either way. I was so happy that they spent the time to repair my tire correctly and quickly. The price was right and the service was fantastic. I was on my way in no time and this event had no impact on my schedule.

All I needed was a tire mounted and I needed asap. They wouldn't do it as it was close to closing time. Had to wait till next day. They didn't even bother to come to the waiting room to tell me it was done. Piss poor customer service.

On New Years Eve, heading home when we hit something on the interstate that punctured tire. Chris and the guys worked hard to get us in,( as they were swamped) fixed us up, and got us on our way!!! Great service, wonderful people to do business with!

I spoke with Vern around 7:30am. He said that he would call if he could get me in. He called at 1:50pm. I walked in at 2:10pm. They replaced front brakes and rotrers, cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. I was on the road at 4:30pm. All for what I felt was a very reasonable price. I have already recommended them to several friends.

They did a wonderful job for such a messed up car and guided me to what else may be wrong I did take it in for a shaking issue but it is still going on more investigation needed by Graham Tire I truly cannot say enough about this place I took my car to a t o Haas last year with the same issues they said my car needed a line align my car made it worse they said there was nothing wrong with my car and charged me 74 for the alignment with the suspension out of this car there's no way they could have aligned this car again they did it anyway

Took a tire in to have it patched. Dropped it off at 12pm, the service tech tells me they had some work to do ahead of me but it would be done that afternoon. He tells me they will call when finished. I check back with them at 3:30pm and tire still not done, service tech tells me again " we will call you when tire is patched ". I leave and no call and now it's 5:18pm and this store closes at 5:30pm. No call still so i go back to the store and the service tech has a hard time finding my paperwork fumbling around finding my paperwork a couple minutes later. My tire is finally finished 5hrs later and not once did i receive a call.

Went into Graham’s to figure out what was wrong with my AC they quoted me $1500 to fix it saying that multiple pieces needed replaced. After calling around to get quotes most shops quickly questioned their diagnostic saying that there is no way all the parts they told me needed replaced need replaced. Finally took it to another shop who fixed the AC for me for $150. The whole thing is sketchy In my opinion. Tried to bring it to the store managers attention and even wasted part of my morning bringing my car in so he could double check his guys work (with me watching! God knows they are not touching my car anymore). First off the manager wasn’t even there when I showed up for our SCHEDULED meeting time and then when he did look over my car he quickly backed his crew. All I’m saying is my AC is working fine now and has been for 2 weeks. It also cost me more than $1000 LESS. It’s hard to find an honest car shop and Graham’s definitely is not one! I wish I had read a review like this one before wasting my time with them. I don’t like dishonest people and in my opinion lying to customers who trust you to do quality work is a form of theft. Hopefully this review will help someone stay away and make a better choice on car shops

I went in first thing in the morning and they helped me right away. At first I thought it was going to be as long as the service desk tech said it was going to be which was 45 minutes to an hour and it was actually only 30 minutes so they wowed me by being faster than they said. I did appreciate the tech for keeping me updated on the replacement and also bringing me additional safety concerns with my other tires. So first experience was great and so far I'll continue going there for tire services. Thank you everyone who worked on my tires.

Not sure if this got sent before , so here goes . On the twenty fifth of May my search for tires for my camper trailer had directed me towards Graham tire by Leach camper sales . All other attempts we're either way too high , poor quality , and all were a 5-7 day wait . I didn't have that much time . I was meet with a smile and " how may I help you attitude . Already an improvement from some of the others . I explained my long situation and was told the tire would be in by noon the next day . I explained how I needed to be on my way through town by eight am . The young man did a little searching and told me that it would be no problem . I entered the store at 8:05 and the next morning and was quickly presented the tires I had paid for the previous day ! Thanks all around for a rare " job as promised " deal . Will be dealing with Graham tire in the future !

Chris who did my alignment was a great help. My car had been side swiped and knocked 40 down the street. After repairs where made I needed a lot of tips as to possible alignment issues. Vern the manager and the guys there seemed willing to work with me thru the whole process. The grey line always exists in the area of what they can handle and what needs to go out of shop. Over all they do great at what they know and are willing to help where they can. Great job guys Kudos !

This last time they snuck me in right before close for badly needed tires. Good price for the brand I get! Not a selling point, more of an FYI but they do have wifi for customers to connect to so you don't have to use your data. When they didn't have 4 tires of my brand they offered a brand with more mile warranty, better coverage of snow, and cheaper than what I had requested. Most businesses seem like they try to run the total up. They've been honest, fair, quick, and efficient.

I have been to this Graham tire location for everything from tires to tuneups and everything in between. The state may have their DMV ( department of motor vehicles), but Graham tire has Duane, Mike & Verne and there’s no reason I would ever want to go anywhere else for my automotive needs. There is such a thing as giving a customer what they pay for, but that’s only the beginning with the crew at this store. They take care of even the finest details of service.
