My mechanic recommended to go here. I called to get prices and already received great customer service and haven't even been in yet. I told him I'm looking for durable, all season tires that will last adn quiet on the highway. He gave me options and then explained the difference between tires. He definitely shows that he values his customers! No appointments, just stop in, hours are excellent. They, however don't do alignments so plan ahead for that.

even though I (WAS) a returning customer from multiple times since they opened and i called before driving over to there shop to make sure they could remove my summer tires and put snow tires on the person on the phone said the could get them done but had a few cars ahead of me so it would be awhile. So I took my stuff off of my car (to help them and save time) drove in a borrowed vehicle to the shop and when I walked in the door not only was I treated like I was a HUGE bother even standing there was told that there was 11 cars ahead of me (only 5 in the parking lot) and that he had enough work to take him to just before 6 o clock and wouldn't take any more work ... that being said there advertisements say that they are open from 7am-7pm ... most definitely will not be taking my business back there

Had two flat repairs done. They didn't place the wheel weights back on in the places marked on the tire and I had a horrible vibration on my brand new vehicle. Took to another tire shop, had wheels balanced, and vibration went away. If you can't get a flat repair right, I can't imagine trusting them with anything else. Plus that, kolar tire is cheaper anyways at $10 for flat repair. Never again will I spend a penny here.

HORRIBLE--I was lied to by the owner; said he would give me 10 ply tires and they charged me for same, gave me 4 ply tires and I had a flat with a rock through the middle of the tread. I took it back and was told by a new guy there that they were only 4 ply and when I asked how could that be when I told the owner that I needed 10 ply tires as I drive 6 miles of gravel road daily, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know". I told him that I wanted my money back and he refused, said if I wanted 10 ply tires, not only would I have to get them from him to get the credit from the 4 ply tires, but they would cost more!! Terrible service and unethical business practices!! Steer clear!
