I love Big O Tires Brad and Casey always take such great care if me and my family and they never treat me as less than just because I am a woman. They also do what they say they are going to do and always stand by their word. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated they were fast and very courteous. I would gladly send my whole family to them.

This is the second time I've gotten tires from Big O... customer service, speed of work, attention to detail and competitive price were all a factor in choosing them again. I used Discount Tire the last two times and their tires did not last very long both times. So, I'm trying Big O again and so far I'm extremely satisfied :)

they SCRATCHED my brand new wheel! and refused to replace it! or even acknowledge it! and they yelled at me!! terrible people. they think they can get away with anything because the technician who gouged my wheel is the owners son. they all just tried to play dumb! they said it must have come out of the box like that. I said "why didn't you call me to inform me?" and they said "the tech didn't notice it" ..how ridiculous! even if the tech "didn't notice it" then that's on him!! right? they were obviously just jealous, dishonorable cowards.

Tim who I assume is the manager was extremely rude! I went to buy Michelin tires and Tim informed me that he doesn't like Michelin and didn't stock any of their products. I finally got annoyed and told him that I would buy my tires somewhere else... and I did. I would never use this place for anything! Rude people, dirty shop, lousy customer relations. I will NEVER use Big-O Tires again. I went in for a simple rotation and a day later my tires were cupping and chunking. I took it back in & Brad said it was because, (I waited too long to rotate them). As a woman he treated me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. He became upset with me and said “fine, we’ll just rotate them back.” I told Brad that I didn’t want them to do one more thing to my vehicle & that I would NEVER buy any tires from them again.Then the Manager Tim followed me out the door with and tried to intimidate me with rhetoric and antagonist words. DO NOT USE THiS TIRE COMPANY. I am not tye only female they have demeaned and treated badly! I plan to go all the way to Corporate and report their behavior! What a joke!!

I had a horrible experience with this place. They are the cheapest in the valley and that is why I went here because I had an emergency and needed a tire ordered and had no money. I searched for the cheapest. They had replaced one tire for me the month prior and then REFUSED to mount the tire on my car. They said I needed to bring it in loose, I had no one to take my tire off my car and replace it. I explained that to them and they still refused to do it. I took it to les Schwab and they said they aren't allowed to mount other tires but since I obviously need the tire on they did it for me. I picked up my tire from big o and les Schwab mounted it for me. I will pay a little extra money from now on for better customer service! I had already paid for my tire. If they aren't going to put it on for you don't sell it! Not to mention the RUDE employee that HUNG UP ON ME! He told me 3 times they will not mount my tire for me and I still did not understand WHY then he said "because we aren't" and hung up the phone. Everyone told me les Schwab was a horrible place to go to but they have been nothing but kind and helpful since I walked in with a busted tire and no one to fix it.

Save yourself the trip. When arriving at big O I explained each wheel has a locking lug nut the only thing that hold the hub cap on. When the car left I asked if each tire had one of them they assured it did. on my way home I lost a hub cap, come to find out all the locking ones were on the same tire. Caused me work and I need to look for a new hubcap on this very old car. I called to ask about it and the guy was nothing but rude to me.He said all cars left the same as they came. I tried explaining to him the problem he got grouchy and said he didn't know what to tell me.

Bought "hi-fly" brand all-season tires here. The salesperson said they were a decent brand and people had been happy with them. After maybe 3k miles they were ridiculously noisy and the center tread was probably 50 percent worn while half of the outer tread didn't even touch the ground. I came in for a rotation and they said they were over inflated (they were at the recommended pressure) so they let some air out. Did not improve anything. They have less than 20k miles now and they are garbage.

I took my vehicle to them and they stole from my truck. Then I called and asked them to figure out who did it and they said they talked to there guys. Their guys said they didn't take my stuff so that was the end of the story. That is the worst experience I have ever encountered. Stealing from a customer and then protecting the thief who stole... I wouldn't recommend anyone go to big o tires kalispell if they value their personal belongings.

These guys just saved our vacation! The brakes went out on my Prius and we limped into Big O 15 minutes before closing. When they learned that we had tour reservations at Glacier National Park the next morning, the whole crew stayed late to get us back on the road. Can't thank them enough.

Went there about a year ago . They Started to take my wheels and tires off to replace them, lug nuts where a little ciezed so they broke two of them off and said"I don't know what the hell your going to do" loaded the new tires and wheels in my truck and sent me on my way . Where I spent two hours in my driveway in the rain fixing their screwup. So in short will never go back or recommend them to anyone!

On August 17, 2015 we were in dire straits while in Kalispell, MT. Our large 5th wheel trailer had a blowout and we had to have new tires and wheels. Brad worked hard for us getting us new trailer tires and wheels shipped in that would meet the safety needs of our trailer in a timely manner. Brad then had the lot cleared so that we could get our large RV on the lot and his crew installed all 4 new tires and wheels outside on the parking lot. We could not be happier with the great customer service and especially the help of Brad.

Had an appointment for over a week just go get told they won't work on my car upon arrival, very rude terrible customer service I will NEVER take my car here again!! Also if they did the CORRECT protocol for the device in my vehicle I wouldn't have to start it for them at all however they aren't educated enough to know that.
