On a cross-country road trip moving from San Diego, CA to Cincinnati, OH, we blew a tire just outside of Republic. The receptionist was very friendly while helping us to find the tire that we needed (which was a non-standard size), and the tire sales rep offered to drive to Springfield and back on the spot to get the tire there for us the same day instead of needing to wait overnight for it to arrive. The mechanics had the tire swapped out for us in short order to get us back on the road with lighter hearts. Everyone was so kind and helpful in the midst of our plight - we were gloriously blessed and fortunate to have gotten help from such a wholesome and upstanding establishment.

Thank you Yocum Automotive for the great service. I got an inspection on my old Chevy Cavalier. My vehicle did pass inspection and was safe to drive but did have some problems. It needed the air conditioner fixed, the undercarriage was severly rusted and a lot of other things. Kacie went over the cost to have the a.c. repaired as well as the long list of other issues and gave me her honest opinion about the cost of the investment to fix it vs the worth of my vehicle.She told me it wasnt worth spending the money. I know nothing about vehicles and could be easily taken advantage of in that since. It was so refreshing for a business to be more conserned about the customer than just making money. I would recommend Yocum to anyone.

From my very first call to Yocum Automotive, I could tell that Brent knew what he was talking about and he was really sincere about my situation. I called to find out how much it'd be to install some parts (I don't remember what that was now, but I told him the name that O'Reilly told me I needed) , but he said my car doesn't have that part by that specific name after I told him my car's make, model, and year. So we ended up just to bring my car in to take a look first, and it turned out that I didn't need some hundred $ part to be installed!! He was right. It just needed some rewiring or something, very small easy thing, (which was messed up by some other place's work, I now so believe after 2 same incidents!!) With this first great experience, I started bringing my car for oil changes and whenever my check engine light was on. Every time the work is great. People are nice. Clean nice waiting area. I'd never go anywhere again for anything!!

Sent my 16 year old son in to get a inspection and they sent him home with a list of things to fix..To the tune of $1200 +.. The one that got me was the power steering pump that was leaking and was quoted at $950 to replace it..Well I got the car home and yes it was leaking from a hose that was bad,not the hole pump as they stated. .So $35 for the new hose and replaced the belt as well.Took it elsewhere and we are good to go..Maybe the car wouldn't pass bud they sure tried to hand it my 16 year old son..In the end of the it's only 12 and they don't make much off state inspections but it cost me $12 to find out what kind of place they run..

It is a pleasure to do business with Brent at Yocum. They service all three of our vehicles. Had an antifreeze leak on my daughter's Subaru. Took her car in Monday at 9am and they gave me an estimate for the water pump and timing belt. I approved the estimate, Yocum ordered the parts and the car was ready at 3pm Monday afternoon. First of all their customer service is awesome! I am by no means a mechanic, i can usually diagnose things and fix them as long as i have the right tools. In this case i needed a press so i took my civic to them. I went there fully prepaired to have both front wheel bearing hub assembly which would have been a pretty penny. After a few hours of dropping me off they then informed me that they got by with one wheel bearing and replaced a stud. This saved me hundreds of dollars when in turn they could have charged way more. Due to their honesty i turned around and spent the extra money on a set of tires from them. They even worked around my schedual and let me take the car home inbetween doing the wheel bearing and putting the tires on. I will most definently be returning for maitenance and repair work done on my other 3 vehicles as needed!

Beware of this bunch..Took my car in for diagnose on 1/18/12 and the said had at least one cracked cylinder head and maybe two...Paid 70 dollars and stated need another engine at a price of $5,000.00..Being a man on a month to month income could not do this..so just decided to drive car ..and it is doing great over 10,000 miles since diagnose and still running like a top..

I set an appointment through their website, which was extremely simple, they responded quickly via text with a confirmation of appointment. I had a list of things that needed to be checked and when they completed the list they sent me a text with an "Inspection Link". This is an awesome tool that gave me the results of each issue I had brought my truck in for. It provides prices, explanations of service, and many details that I have never thought to ask about. A friend of mine owns a land rover. He took it to two automotive centers in Nixa. After I explained that I could handle some of the easier parts of the repair myself, they took care of the more difficult parts of the repair and got it back to me in one afternoon. It is so refreshing to find an automobile repair facility that is honest and fair. I took my truck into Brent and Kacie and told them I needed 4 new tires and was expecting to spend $1000. Kacie called me back an hour later and told me I really only needed 2 new tires and an alignment. She said I still had 60% tread on 2 and thought it would be a waste of money to do all 4. I am responding on behalf of my 93 year old Mother. Yokum's is our mechanic of choice due to their caring, professional, honest, knowledgeable and enthusiastic attitude. After a recent scheduled repair, their was an issue with the repair that came up. When Mom contacted Yokum's regarding this issue, they immediately responded to solve the problem. Once they had the vehicle back in their shop via a wrecker that they scheduled, they made a quick assessment to determine the issue and took full ownership of the issue. They then quickly made the necessary repairs, which surely impacted their already busy schedule and returned the vehicle to my Mom. If you participate in life, errors are going to occur. It is how those errors are handled that separate the successful from the also rans. How refreshing it is to deal with folks that are willing to take responsibility. Thanks to the Yokum Team.

The service and attention to detail was excellent as has been the case consistently whenever we have our vehicles at Yocum Automotive. This time they went above and beyond to deter a potential problem while servicing our Honda Pilot. My battery was having some issues, to which the owner himself ,Brent Fleischman, researched the warranty status and with that in effect, replaced it with a new one and had me back on the road. Hands down, the most efficient, straight forward, honest and trustworthy place to bring your vehicle to. They take care of you at Yocum. First off I don’t pretend to know anything about an engine. They have an inspection database that texts you basically a spreadsheet. From there I could text it to my dad, let me remind you I’m not an expert. They take photos of whatever it is they are lookin at I.e. transmission fluid, belts, leaks anything else that could be wrong. It is paired with what it should be, price estimates and how important it is to your car health. If I didn’t understand something they always take me back and show me. I truly don’t let anyone else fix my trust stead.
