Brought my 2011 ford f150 to this shop and was told he could fix my exhaust and weld my new mufflers on was there for 8 hours the first day was told we did 6 hours of work but was only going to be charged for three when we only did maybe two hours worth of work.the reason for being there for so long he was jumping around and leaving the job he started which in result made me be there for 8 hours once we were done the right cataylac converter was leaking he proceeded to tell me it was leaking at the gasket between the pipe and manifold and said he welded it all up and isn't leaking from the converter little did he know my truck is designed to not have a gasket between the manifold and pipe I took it back the second day to tell him this and told him it was at his weld I waited another four hours the second day and finally said I have to leave cause I had things to get done on top of that I spent 300 to just weld two mufflers and two converters and bend two pipes and there were customers being taken care of in front of me even though I was there first so I told him I would be in the next morning early so there was no reason for customers to interrupt and do a 20 minute fix when I showed up at 745 he told me it would be a few hours before he could do anything knowing I was coming to his shop early so to end this great detailed bad review he did fix the leak but it took 2 and a half days to be done when it was only a 20 to 25 minute fix I don't recommend this shop by all means for any kind of work was defiantly over charged and shouldn't have to go back to a shop three times in three days

We purchased 4 new tires. When putting on the hub caps they broke 3 of them. They refused to replace them stating they were sun baked. They did not respond to 2 letters from the BBB which removed him from a rating to c rating. They also broke 2 lug nut bolts. I am having to file with the attorney general and the FTC. I do not recommend them. After buying 14 tires in a year this is how Don Goodman treets customers. I give him an F rating. Be ware if you deal with them he will try to take advantage of you. And he does not know how to balance a tire.

Don and his crew are 100% total pros and very nice people at that. They had my car up and running on a few different occasions within 15 to 20 minutes AND did not charge me an arm and a leg like another shop right down the street. The owner Don, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!

Estimated 2500 to replace cam phaser said he would need to diagnose it to be sure a month later called told me it was ready and I owed 3300. Went in looked at the bill he charged me for a new battery which I took out and said my lug nuts were stripped out looked at the new 100. Lugnuts they were the old ones. He kept the new battery to lower the price but got home And all the fluids were empty after carging me for filling them. I will not recommend these shady guys to anyone.

My husband went to them to patch a tire they took the tire off the truck twice then put it back on and aired it up. The next morning it was flat he aired it up went to work after work it was of course flat aired it went back to them they took it off not a single patch in it then yelled at him for telling he was there the day before and they didnt patch it. Then the next day it was flat again took it to someone else the patch they put on it the second time didnt hold. So we will not ever go here again

We stayed in Forsyth at an AirBnB woke up on our departure day (a chilly morning) to a deflated tire. We pulled into Tire Crew and explained the situation. Tire Crew quickly got us in a bay and inspected all our tires, filled them to capacity and offered us refreshments & bathroom break then sent us on our way! We appreciated their speedy service and hospitality! Thank you!
