These guys are amazing! The 1st time I was here I called 18 places in independence and kc no one had the tire i was looking for, but these guys had 2. So when the next tire blew i called them 1st and they had 2 again.. the also offered new and used tires based on what I could afford. Amazing customer service too!

i had to make 3 trips up there to get everything with the tire taken care of but every time they were very kind and understanding. Great people. Not everything can be guaranteed when buying a used tire but they got me taken care of in the end and I am very appreciative of everything they do and have done for us. We highly recommend this place and they will have a customer for life.

I was in search of two tires the other day, and Angel fixed me up! The whole staff was friendly and helpful . Clemente was quiet and reserved , but opened up once I spoke with him. I was a repeat customer tell Angel runs out of lug nuts, which he charges $60 set which i agreed to. Than he tells me come back after another time which I cannot do ....traveling hour for job. Anyway he charges $8/tire to balance and mount, i paid that and than when I come back with lugs I get charged an Additional $15. I pay it thinking....... was it my fault he didnt have enough lugs so now I had to pay the $32 plus $15 for him not having the lugs which I came back with myself. Job was complete but 3hrs wasting my time was not worth the same cost it would have been locally. Hope he makes additional charges clearly upfront before demanding mystery amount to customer who is obviously in need of help today, not tomorrow! So 10 days later and after noticing extreme steering vibration I found out the lugs installed are not long enough. Correct lugs should have been 1/4" longer. On removal from another tire shop, they showed me pitting at end of lugs where screwed on wheel. Great experience with used tire purchase, but anything custom take elsewhere!

This is definitely a place to go. I called about a 20” tire and they happened to have 2 so I went. I went with low expectations considering most places have rude staff and work with no sense of purpose or urgency. It was the best experience I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. These guys are great! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Very fast and friendly.

We went there this morning to have a tire patched, the lady told us that they wouldn't do it because it was to much of a liability? The nail was NOT in the side wall....we left and went to a tire shop a little further down who said they could do it with no problem but they only accept cash and we didn't have cash on us so then we went to OK tires in blue springs and they had it patched and us back on the road in about 15 minutes. Royal tire claims to fix flats but I'm guessing that they have a stock room full of fix a flat if they can't even patch a tire....i was more than happy to take my money elsewhere and would never recommend a tire shop who can't even patch a tire
