A wheel shop that doesn't know how to mount and balance wheels. I needed hub spacers, they failed to put on. Had to go to Firestone to get my wheels balanced. The tpms sensors they installed are also junk. They're cheap and you get what you pay for.

Not happy with the tires I bought and the guys that work in the shop don't know how to balance tires and wheels at all had them balanced twice from them and was told to go somewhere elsewhere to have them balanced properly. Not a happy customer at all would not recommend them

This is one of the places I’ve known of for years. They’ve definitely let a little bit of success go to their head. Before moving locations price of mount and balance had doubled. I went to their new location for the first time since the move. Was quoted $20 a wheel mount and balance a few months ago. I inquired of a carry in one wheel mount and balance to replace a defective tire. The guy I was talking to tells me $20 (what I was quoted before) and the guy next to him over rides him and tells me he’s wrong it’s $35. I kind of laughed, walked out and won’t be back. In the past they didn’t torque the wheels properly on a vehicle I had to the point you couldn’t take them off with a torque wrench. I don’t know if they still do this but if they do and you get a flat on the side of the highway there’s no putting a spare on yourself.

Love this place. I've bought 3 sets of tires off of them, and the 90days s.a.c is great. As long as you can afford what you're buying it's prefect. All 3x I was able to buy the Tues from them and pay them off cheaper than anyplace else in town. Great guys.

AVOID!! I spent almost $2000 on new wheels and tires for my Jeep with him. The vehicle kept vibrating between 65-70 mph. First off, he put on an entirely different size tire than what is supposed to be put on my Jeep. He later told me this was because they were cheaper tires. I paid additional money to have better tires put on, and the correct size. Car still vibrates. I took it to my Jeep dealership and he (Richline) had just thrown weights on etc. and it wasn't balanced correctly at all. Paid to have it balanced. Then the TPMS light keeps coming on. Mind you, this is a 2015 brand new vehicle. The sensors he installed (I told him to do my original ones but he said he can't, BIG LIE!!!) are faulty and keep tripping my sensor in my vehicle. So I had to pay $575 to have all new factory sensors installed after he charged me $200 for new sensors and kept my original factory ones! And told me that he can't put them back on my vehicle. Clearly, that was a lie. That I know now. Oh yeah.....they even forget to put lug nuts on. He only put 4 out of my 5 lug nuts on. Continued to tell me he would mail it. Never happened. Go figure! Worst experience ever, he is shady and will screw you the first chance he gets. NEVER AGAIN!

I pay for lift and wheels set and i noticed the truck didnt look how i think i was gonna look when i went back after i drove it for 500 miles i realized they didnt put the tires that i want it .they whete the same but the ones that i wanted in the beginning whete wider and when i told the guy he said you dont want the other ones because they was gonna rub anyways i think he should of tell me from the beginning to see my options and not install the ones that they want it

Let's see where to start I walk in the guy is sitting at the computer and helps me I tell him I want a reliable wheels and tires and I need to be at a decent price they got the decent price right but acted like they could not look up a review on the tire they were trying to sell me. It's not that I think its a bad place but customer service is thumbs down. I feel like they are use to selling to kids and big kids that just want flash and if that's not the case then they just want to scoot you along cause they dont want to help you find the best thing for you and what you need let alone look up the reviews for the tires you are about to buy. Go 3 blocks down 23rd st and hit discount tires so much respect and will tell you every single review if it makes you happy no rush no push and they have better prices.

Literally the worst buying experience of my life. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and received not only the wrong rims but they would not even fit on my vehicle due to wrong bolt pattern. They have tried to charge me an outrageous restocking fee of thousands of dollars and in the end I have received no merchandise at all. Jaw droppingly scandalous behavior and I encourage everyone to check all local distributors before even considering speaking with them. Still to date they claim I ordered these rims, I have for months saved money and desired the rims in this picture I look at every day to encourage me to work hard and they blatantly are trying to steal my money. Why on earth would I order rims for a completely different vehicle that I dont even own. Watch out is all I have to say.
