I brought my car in to get out bolt put on. The parking park adjuster fell out and he just threw back behind the wheel hub and didn't adjust it. I took it right back for readjusting and my parking break still doesn't work right.

These guys earn their business by being honest and treating every customer like a person. I was recently reminded of this when I took my car to the dealer to have a recall fixed. I left with a service plan that would have cost me nearly $1000.00. I was told by the dealer I was driving on tread, which I knew was a gross exaggeration. I took my car to Purschke’s to be sure and was told I had at least 6,000 miles before my tires needed replaced. This is just one example of their honesty. I will be back in 6,000 miles!

Needed a decent used tire as a spare. Was helped right away and shown my options. They mounted the tire on my rim and replaced the valve stem as the old one was effective. Had me on the road again in less than half an hour. Will go back for other tire needs I may have. Friendly and pleasant staff.

I am Very disappointed in this place. I made an appointment to get my brakes done 5 days prior (I even called 3x), and come the day of the appointment, I show up and the man at the counter says he doesn't see me booked in for an appointment. Long story short, I talked to the brake technician and he didn't believe that I called 3x and i was so livid and annoyed at that point. He handed me my keys back and he slammed the door. I then hear him and 2 other men laughing and making fun of how I would've had to wait and etc. I go through my phones caller I.D and find the 3 dates that I called and talked to them and went back and showed the technician and he suddenly remembered that he had talked to me 5 days prior. Anyway, he apologized after i got upset ,like he should've and I am booked in for a later time. Way to make me feel like an idiot. They need to get more organized. After my brakes are finished (every other place is booked up), I will never go there again. Ive got my oil changed here before and they claim that you can set up appointments but I'm never "booked in", every time I bring my car in. Invest in a notepad and pen or something. It's so aggravating!
