I called Pomp's on Saturday morning and was told that they were swamped, and it would probably be a couple of hours before my flat could be serviced. I had the time, and they were close, so I drove there on my run flat tire. Sure enough, it was 2 hours. Corey was extremely apologetic, but I knew what I was in for, because he had warned me. If I lived in the area, I'd be a regular. Thanks for helping me out!

This place is more semi truck driven than passanger car driven. Ive had a wheel almost fall off one vehicle and have had my wheel insanely over torqued multiple times. I also once took a loose flat there and waited 20 min before calling them from inside their showroom. Then when I got my tire and wheel back it was aired up to 75lbs on a tire thats only rated for 44 max psi. They also didnt put my blue aluminum valve cap back on so now im missing one. I purchaced these tires from them. Long story short if you need your 18 wheeler worked on come here otherwise choose a different tire shop for your car/truck.

Wonderful customer service. We had a wheel come off our travel trailer a few miles from their shop and we called to see about getting a replacement wheel. They didn't have one but told us who to call and while we were out putting a new wheel on one of the guys from the shop driving a black Chevrolet I think pulled up and had driven from the shop to make sure we got it handled and were OK. Amazing to have such service even for not having the part we needed. We appreciate it. GIVE HIM A RAISE! Thank you for going out of your way after hours to check on us!

Sold us a new tire that had a hole worn in after two months. No accountability. Tried to sell is the same tire again for $30 more than we got the first one for. Will never get work done there again. Also, the description is incorrect and they do not sell used tires.

Bought a set of 8 recaps for semi tires don’t even have 40,000 miles on the tires and the center of the tread started chinking off on just one tire. Got told it was something I did to make the tire do that. Then also got told I can purchase a new tire and they would send that tire to their engineer to see if it was me or a defective tire. Basically they didn’t want to do anything about it because it was my fault that one tire was doing what it did. Oh and one tire at around the 5,000 mile mark started to separate at the cap and they didn’t want to do anything about that either. This was the first time I did business with the newly re vamped cross Midwest tire and it will be the last time I do business with them. I’ll go to ozarko.
