Went in to get an inspection that costs $12, but came out spending $450. Sounds bad I know, but the guys treated me fair. Had a bad ball joint and control arm so they needed to replace it. Ron was honest and kept me in the loop about what was needed. they worked quickly and got it done before the end of the day. If I need work done I'd come back here.

We had recently purchased tires and had a good experience. Then we decided to get the same vehicle inspected. They reported it needed over $700 worth of repair for it to pass inspection. Had a friend look at it who disagreed with their assessment. Took it for a second opinion at another shop in town and it passed inspection without issue. So I’m not sure why they said it needed that work when it didn’t but I won’t be back.

long time customers at jeff city store. Ron and Phil have been amazing managers. always took care of concerns and were professional. they knew how to build relationships and give good customer service. kevin the general manager for plaza tire corporate is discourteous, unprofessional, needs a course in customer service, and shows a lack of concern for the safety of long time customers. We had our car serviced here and were on a trip and they had not tightened the lugnuts enough. The lugnuts came off while we were driving and the wheel almost came off too. We were lucky we were going slow or else we might have severely hurt. Kevin did not believe our story and basically told us to go fly a kite.

Aligned our van, wife didnt like how the steering wheel was slightly off. Took it back, and apparantly they resented that; two grease footprints on my floomat, watched them turn the rear tow out on the passenger side. When I picked up the keys, they said the bushing (the one I watched them turn) was rusted frozen and needed replaced. This Honda Odyssey has no rust on it anywhere. This is a professional issue for sure.

They are always friendly and when I make an appt for 2 it’s at 2, not 2:15 or 2:30 and when they say they will be done quickly, they are. I bought tires from them and now they do my roatations, but also, they remind me when I need one. While I was there, I listened to a conversation with a customer who had a much bigger issue, they went out of their way to help and work with him. They spent time diagnosising and charging his battery. They could have charged him but they didn’t.

I was very surprised Christmas Eve morning they were shut down when I dragged my father's vehicle there to get a tire fixed so I put the spare on it myself in the parking lot next door and drove to Walmart to buy a new tire they used to have pretty good service when I bought my last of tires from Bob . great response:( years past id come by and you were always open,found out Mgt has changed over and over and over in the past year.

the last time I was there I requested and confirmed the least expensive oil change but was given the last oil change I received the previous time INSTEAD and was not notified of this in advance . So when I went to pick up my vehicle is when I was told "we gave you the last oil change you got" ! BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!!!!! I didn't appreciate that at all so I won't be going there again. I feel I should have been called to confirm this....after all they do have my phone number on file. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE❗

Great customer service! Not only did they have everything in stock when I called, they were able to get me in the same day. Very friendly and informative staff. When I got there , I asked if I could add an oil change, and the attendant said “no problem”, which was much appreciated as I did not have to make a second trip back. It turned out I did need one part that I thought I already had, but I was mistaken. They were able to find one and get it delivered in minutes. I was traveling from Columbia to Jeff City to pick up students from school and bring them home. On the way, it was misting and hazy, I ran over something hard that was left on Highway 63. Fearing it could have been a tire, I went to Plaza Tire and Auto. We usually have our car/truck serviced at the service store near us.I was thankful that there wasn't a long line waiting, and my car was inspected with no damage to tire or undercarriage seen. This brought me great peace of mind having to drive back to Columbia.

The employees did not seem to get along very well. One said that another was dumb and seemed liked getting upset with each other in front of customers was okay. They usually seem like a nice place for business, but today was a little alarming how they talked to and about each other. They fixed what was wrong with my car though. I hope that the next visit will be different with attitudes toward each other.

Serviced my truck at another car dealership in town. They found a nail in the sidewall and needed a replacement. They quoted a price and had to order the tire.
