CUSTOMER- AMANDA POARCH ON 5-10-16 I BROUGHT MY 93 CHEV PICK UP INTO PERFORMANCE TIRE FOR COOLANT LEAKING OUT OF MY EXHAUST PIPE. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF BEING WITH OUT MY TRUCK AND CALLING HALF A DOZEN TIMES THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FINISHED. I CAME RIGHT DOWN TO PICK IT UP. I WAS CHARGED $1700 FOR THE REPAIR. AFTER DRIVING THE TRUCK HOME I NOTICED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND HAD NOT BEEN ON PRIOR TO THE REPAIR. I CALLED THE OWNER AND FOUND OUT THE MECHANIC HAD NOT EVEN TEST DRIVEN THE TRUCK! WOW, $1700 DOLLAR REPAIR AND THE MECHANIC CAN’T EVEN VERIFY THE REPAIR WAS CORRECT! I ASKED IF THEY COULD TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND TERRIBLE RUNNING CONDITION. THEY ADVISED ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OBD 1 SCAN TOOL REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY TRUCK. WOW! AGAIN… HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A MAJOR ENGINE REPAIR WITH OUT EVEN READING MY CODES OR COMMUNICATING WITH MY VEHICLE? WHAT KINDA ½ RATE OPERATION IS THIS? NOW AS MY TRUCK WILL NOT IDLE, RUN OR EVEN DRIVE, IM COMMUTING ON A BIKE TO WORK. IM COMPLETELY OUT OF MONEY NOW, MY TRUCK RUNS WORSE THAN BEFORE, AND PERFORMANCE TIRE IS LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK. PLEASE DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!

Great place to take your vehicle. The folks are polite down home country folk that will do The work right and charge you a fair price. Worth the drive to rogersville for the peace of mind they provide.

I took my car in because there was road noise on the back right tire. Told the owner this and in applying that if it needs a new tire I would purchase a new set of tires. Gene called me stating they believe it needed new wheel bearings but not sure but believe that was the problem. I trusted his experience and they replaced wheel bearing. I picked up car at 4:45 that evening being charged 271.43. When I was driving home there was no improvement with road noise. Next day my husband called owner and told him there was no difference that it was the same as before. He said bring it back in and they would check tire. After car being there all day again going back to pickup at 4:30 owner said it was a bad tire. The car still not fixed. All the owner said was sorry. Not even offering to fix the problem with replacing the tire. Car still not fixed and out 271.43. Not happy with there service a I rate them minus 5.

Had a flat tire on our flatbed trailer on the way to Memphis Called them right before closing time and the owner said he would stay until we could get there. He did. Our tire was not fixable but he had one on hand that would work. Plus he had a spare for us as well. Great service, very kind and polite. We highly recommend them for your tire needs.

Was lied too from the get go!!!!! My wife and I were told free road hazard we have had two patches put in two separate vehicles and had to pay for both of them!!!!!Had a flat and took it to them mentioned road hazard he told me the only thing that was covered was manufacturers defect!!!! They also put the wrong sized tires on our car we told them about it and was basically told we didnt know what we were talking about the car is running 4 mph faster than it is supposed to and they told us they could not order the right tires for our vehicle!!!!! The owner means well but puts too much trust into his employee Sam!!!!!Will not stand behind their selling points and their employees are liars!!!!!WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!

In a pickle had 2 tires blow on a trailer. Stopped at a tire shop they didn't have what I needed made some call got this place they had the tires I needed told me the price same tire here at home is 200$ per he tells me they are 235$ per ok! What could I do? I needed tires I was loaded with hay to deliver. Kid brings tires I offered to pay him he turns it down. I get home and today I'm looking at my ticket and they charged me for tire disposal and charged taxes on top of the Missouri State tire tax ( so I got taxed on a tax). Call them up try to get my money back on the tires they didn't dispose of and then guy started getting rude and wanted to charge to have tires brought to me if they took that off but couldn't refund my money cause he shredded my info but could charge me for that. Made it clear I felt that they were taking advantage of a situation of a person from out of town having problems again guy gets hateful I get hateful told them I would blast them any chance I got and ended it with telling him and that that place would never see another dime from me and he could get bent. Now that being said I only live 2 hours northwest of Rogersville pretty sure the tire vendors are the same. Shouldn't be that much difference in prices
