On Friday night, April 28, 2017 my best friend and I were road tripping back home from Colorado. We were on our way to Springfield and hit a deer outside of Collins. The highway patrolman called Mikes. To say I was nervous about having to ride with someone I didn't know, in a place I was completely unfamiliar with is a understatement. Jason, the guy who came to tow my friends car was so kind and so helpful. He kept us laughing and made us feel at ease. After dropping the car off he took us to the hotel where we had reservation and made sure we were ok before he made his way home. I can't say enough nice this about this company. At 10pm, I am sure he would have rather been at home with his family, but he was taking care of us. Oh did I mention it was pouring down rain. If I am ever back that way, and I have car trouble, these are the folks I'm going to call. They are truly angels!

Called them because we had a belt break on the truck and the guy said he may or may not have a belt to help us, he said he wasn't going to go to the shop and see if he had one or not. We have a 9 month old baby with us and we are still 5+ away from home. So we are stuck until god knows when because someone can't help us out at 5 in the morning. It's ok though. 20 different places can't help us either. So much for 24 hour service. And he also told me that since it was a regular vehicle that we probably didn't have the money to cover the bill. The vehicle that needs the belt is a COMPANY truck!

If you’re looking to part with your money this is the place to do it if you can limp your truck to the shop your better off you don’t want them coming out I will send a wrecker next time and all I had them do was a tire

On our maiden voyage with our RV, we had a blowout right before the Collins exit. They put a spare on it, got us back on the road, (at no charge) to let us continue our short trip. Mike ordered 8 new tires for us, we camped the weekend and came to Mike's 9 am Monday morning and they put the new ones on. Very reasonable prices and ver helpful. Thanks Mike and all your employees who helped.

I've used mike's for years as a company driver and a 0/0. I haven't ever had any problems getting into the shop for repairs. The price is cheaper than the big dealers for sure and still has the small town feel. The only thing that I might say is like any shop they do hire younger guys that dont always know what they are doing but they have to learn somewhere. But with that said I've never been charged more time on a job because the younger mechanic was slow. I will continue to use them for future issues that arise. So if you are you need of repairs I would recommend them before going to a big dealers.

The wheel bearing went out on our truck during our road trip to Table Rock Lake. Mike's squeezed us in, had the truck fixed in a couple of hours & we went on our way. Decently priced as well. We recommend Mike's Truck & Tire!

We have local trucking company, and we have used Mike's for years. First off, Mike's service is incredible. We can pull up there without any warning and generally have someone working on our truck right away. Repairs that at other shops used to take 3-4 days now only usually cost us a day of down time. Mike's are not cheap. They provide good service and charge for it. If you want a bargain shop and the wait/frustration that goes along with that, go somewhere else. If you want it fixed now and fixed right, go to Mikes.

My truck is serviced regularly by Mikes Truck. No, it is not cheap but when I get it back it is fixed right. You call and generally they say bring it right in. It goes in the shop within minutes and out it comes! My truck and I live on the road just as the other truckers do. When I have a problem they always get me back out on the road in the time frame they tell me.

So, i broke down and was towed to this shop. Found an issue with the turbo (bolt fell out and left a flap open and replaced the bolt) and that fixed the problem. Then i was told the EGR was bad and had ot replaced. Come to find out the EGR wasnt even hooked up, it had been deleted. Almost 2000 dollars for the service they preformed and over half was not necessary. SHAME ON YOU MIKE!!!

We needed a tire swapped out on our big truck. We used the suspension to raise it so he didn't even have to jack it up. $25 a lug nut to swap out a spare? He didnt have to break a tire down, just swap a mounted spare out and charged us $200! I don't know how people like this can sleep at night! Don't get ripped off like we did!

Had a blowout on a company trailer, don't know how much it cost, just sign and went on my way. All I can say is the young man that fixed the tire was fast, curtious, and very polite.
