Ed, Mike and the team did a fantastic job of evaluating a car I purchased for my son to discover the small dealer had done some items that are not acceptable practices to "sell" a vehicle. Due to their great work I was able to return the car for a full refund and purchase a better car for my son! Integrity, trust, honesty, and great service are standards at Meixner!

They were nitpicking on our safety inspection, but we took it somewhere else for a second opinion and it passed - no questions asked! But the worst part is that Meixner did an air filter and oil change to our vehicle without our approval costing us an extra $50 because it was their word against ours. We were Meixner customers for 5 years and have spent a good chunk of money there, but have NEVER had them do something as simple as an oil change, let alone an air filter! Why would we start now when we needed to do all the other silly things they said to pass safety? Luckily we didn't spend anymore than another $12 to get a new inspection from a different shop. They lost a couple loyal customers.

Excellent service, always finish ahead of time. Never over promise or under deliver. Shop is always comfortable and neat. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. The advantage of having a Meixner appointment is that they come to you. And so, whatever trouble that you might have down the list for your car, they can take a look at it. For mine, luckily I only had two, which is check the engine and replace the engine oil.

Recently I came to Meixner's with multiple issues from my car. Among the issues was a need to replace the back two tires, the battery and the struts. Since I am a seventy year old retired teacher, this really stretched my budget, because I had just replaced the front two tires a few weeks earlier. Due to budget constraints I asked to have the rear tires replaced with inexpensive tires that did not match the two good tires in the front. When I picked up the car, I found out the tires all matched. To help me out, they had found a coupon which enabled me to get the better tires and had even found a rebate on my new battery. To top everything else, the car now rides better than it did when I bought it used. They treated me just like they would have their own mother and made my car safe for me to drive. They will have all my business in the future.

I am very pleased with the service that I consistently receive from Meixner. I take my 1999 F150 and my 2017 Taurus here for service and Mike & Matt do their very best to put me on the schedule at a moments notice.When I drop off my vehicle; Mike will always ask, "Do you need a ride home?" Not many places will ask that! My truck has been in for service for several times for many different issues; most recently the windshield wipers kept engaging on their own and it was super annoying going down the highway and then all of a sudden the wipers engage. I called and they fit me in the schedule that day to drop off and I had the truck back in 2 days after ordering the parts and installing them. Matt even told me that they took the truck out 3 times to test it to make sure the problem was fixed and he doesn't know this but I drove to the Imperial DMV that morning and I saw my truck being driven by a mechanic; I knew he was checking to see if the problem was fixed. That's how I know they do a good job because they do the work and they test it to make sure the problem is fixed before handing it back. I recommend Meixner Tire and Auto for any needs.
