I came with a tire losing air. They were closed but Tim was on call,he was there was gracious to help me out. He called other places for me and went above and beyond to make my visit awesome. He went further and helped me to fix my issues. I need a rim mine was cracked. Tim is honest, goes beyond and above, and treated me with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back. I stopped to have a flat tire looked at Eagle Tire Service D Diamond Plaza service tech Tim was very determined to make sure he found any defects in the tire inside and outside. He not only fixed the hole in tire he placed some rubber component on a patch that was not on the same quality as his. I recommend all you tire needs be at Eagle Tire Service Fair Grove Mo. We had a blow out on a trailer tire a few miles from Eagle Tire Service. We called Tim and although his shop was closed he sent another man out to help us as he waited for us at the shop. We got a new tire for a very reasonable price. We were fearful the other tire was bad so before we left the area we had Tim replace the remaining tire. By the way this all took place 9:30-10:30 pm! Tim acted as though we were his only concern! What a blessing he was to us! Check him out! You will be glad you did!
