We were promised our tires would be delivered by the next day, so we chose BG Tires. 2 days laters we’re still stuck in a hotel with a newborn and a seven year old waiting on the tires to arrive. Every time, we call “Ryan” for an update, we’re told between 2-3... now we’re being told by 4 pm today. Typically, I don’t write reviews but given that I’m paying 70.00 a night for a hotel and seemingly being strung along, I think a review is appropriate. I don’t want anyone else to fall for the false promises, I’ll update this review and may even change it, provided that Ryan comes through as promised. We’re still waiting... JB

I stopped for the night in Bowling Green. The next morning I had a flat tire. I got BG’s info from the motel staff. BG’s picked up my car, fixed my tire, and returned my car within 45 minutes. The charge wasn’t much - it gave me such peace of mind and was so convenient. I can’t thank you enough for getting me back on the road so quickly.
