3 weeks or so ago , my wife took her car here to get 2 tires replaced on a Saturday morning . She arrives before they open at 7 am . They get the car in a tell my wife that they can fix one tire and just but one new one . Ok awesome . She waits in the lobby with 3 kids when they bring her car around 3 1/2 hrs later . She goes up to pay the bill and they only patched the one tire and didn't replace the other lmao . Ok , no one's perfect . She pays and leaves . Fast forward to 9/7/19 today , she arrives at 7:10 am after I called the day before to line it up for 2 new tires . She sits there with our toddler until 11:35 am before it gets finished ! We done here . Good people but this was crazy . A business should not take on more then they can handle . My wife said she will pay $300 a tire before she goes back here .

I asked to replace my 2 bald front tires and she printed out my bill for 2 tires. But when I picked up my car, it had 4 new tires. Rather then putting my old unmatching tires back on, they ate the cost of the 2 tires. Thanks for blessing this single momma of 5! My kids were kinda bugging me to take them home, that they didn't want to wait there. But when they saw the kids garage, they didn't want to leave even after we were done! They've serviced my vechicles before and I always get great customer service... but I forgot and was just gonna go to Walmart. My mother called around and they were able to beat walmart and firestone prices. So now I will always remember to never go anywhere else.

Always a good experience at Picayune Tire. Allen and his crew are very knowledgeable and helpful. Computers are set up in the waiting room for customer use, and they even have a small playroom to keep your kids occupied. Easy 5 stars.

I have used Tire Town on 3 different occasions, 3 different vehicles. The service was excellent and the staff was equally qualified. The manager, Mr. Alan Johnson, is very knowledgeable and he always took the time to answer any questions I had then explain all work done on my vehicles. I truly feel like I have never been charged any unnecessary work . I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done, or tires, on their vehicles.

Got new tires during a lunch break. And they went to work right away and afterwards while I was checking out realized I needed new wipers also. They measured the wipers, found the sizes and put them on right then. Will definitely go here for what I need in the future!

These guys are awesome. I was in the middle of a bachelor party when my tire blew and these guys saved the day. I was from out of town and had a rare tire. They were the only tire shop in town that would pick the tire up from the distribution center instead of making me wait half a day while my friends went to New Orleans without me.

Waaayyy high prices. 80$ for a synthetic oil change. The only saving grace is if ypu ask for Joey specifically to do your work. He's a top notch mechanic.
