I was quoted a certain price for four new tires on my wife's vehicle. Jamey told me that he would order them and they would be there the next morning. I brought the vehicle in the next morning and was told that he had given the tires to another customer. However, he said that if I would come back, he would give me a great deal on the tires. I brought my vehicle back and had all four tires put on. When I went to pay, I was given a price almost $60 more than the initial quote. I reminded him of the initial quote and also that he said he would give me a better deal because of the inconvenience. He asked me if I wanted him to pay me for putting on the tires. He did not honor his word, and charged me more than the initial quote. I do believe that they do good work at this tire shop, however, it is important to maintain integrity. Therefore, I will not be going back.
