Good prices, excellent customer service, friendly staff. They stand by their product and service. Bought 4 tires from them in January and one of them got a nail in it today. They fixed it quickly and rotated the tires all at no expense to me. Also had some engine service there before and the price was decent and felt like they didn't try to upsale me on additional items like so many other shops do.

I had the pleasure of taking my 2007 F150 in for some misfires ended up needing new spark plugs. For those of you who don’t know this model of F150 is a nightmare to replace the plugs. They are notorious for breaking. They did a fantastic job and on top of that none of the spark plugs broke while trying to extract them. They have earned a customer for as long as I live in Mississippi. They do not get overcharge customers and sincere people.

Went in for a loud noise on my left/front tire. Was sold a front brake job at $270.00. It was a good break job but the noise is still there. What I came for the wasn't repaired. I will not go back. They are friendly but what I came in for WAS NOT REPAIRED.

My elderly Mom lives in Brandon and has used Scotty's for years. I live in Texas and about a year and half ago, upon arriving in Mississippi, I noticed something was not right with my car. My Mom called Scottie's and I took it in. Blown Head, was the verdict. I requested that Scotty's replace the timing belt while they were in the motor. Charged me over $1,800.00. It was a rush job because I was to leave for Texas next morning. Well, here we are, year and half later, I am in Texas visiting my children and my car starts to overheat. The certified mechanic a friend of mine referred me to, calls me this morning to inform me that he has replace the water pump but there is a leak in the head because when Scotty's did the work on the Head, they did not replace the freeze plugs. Also, my mechanic, Kenny, stated that Scotty''s did replace the timing belt but "DID NOT REPLACE THE TENSOR" which could go out at anytime. The air conditioning hose was attached back in the wrong place, that is why it stopped working. So, I am stuck in Texas, trying to figure out a way to get this car back to Brandon, Ms to Scotty's to see what they intend to do. I will let be back to this site soon as I see what Scotty''s intends to do about this.
