The day I got the tires was good. Was treated great by 2 of the employees. Several weeks later trying to find out information on the referral program things went bad. Was lied to on how it works. Then on top of that I got called a liar by an employee and was accused of yelling, trust me they would know if I yelled. So needless to say my thoughts of them are awful. I will never refer anybody to them. I'm glad others have not had to deal with what I have. The sad part is I'm caught between a rock and hard place because I need tires.

My experience with RNR so far has been a total let down. When I first bought my tires I was told $150 a month when it is really $275 a month. I was also told I would be able to swap those tires over to my other truck I would just need an appointment. An appointment was not available that day. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and informed the gentleman what the appointment was for. I took time out my day and another person's day to drive two trucks to RNR, just to be told I could not swap tires to my other truck. After speaking to a second salesman, which is the same salesman from the first day who told me I could swap at a later time, tells me a manager has to be present for me to swap the tires! As long as I am paying for my tires I should be able to put them on my bicycle if I want! Now I understand that I am still paying for the tires etcetera but this is why I took the trucks to RNR so they could swap them and know where the tires were going. Not to mention I own both trucks. With all that being said I will no longer do business with RNR. I will continue to pay but after this I'm done. A manager should always be present or at least available to the staff. The staff should be more clear with customers and know more about what's going on. I'm very unhappy with the service I received at each visit to RNR in Hattiesburg on Hardy St.

Fixed my tire but wouldn’t put it back on my truck due to the tread being too low. Would have been nice if they told me that before charging me!!! They slapped on the spare and let me go. Not good customer service.

Brandon is very nice and handled everything very professionally explained the process and what I would be paying. I think the general manager should be more inviting and happy to see all customers that walk in. I wasn’t welcomed with a warm greeting from him when I walked in and he saw me. His personality comes off very abrasive unconcerned and non chalant. He should loosing up smile more and be more welcoming to all diverse people who come in his place of building

Brandon Is the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Refused to take my payment. Told me I was going to get arrested for not paying an EARLY payment. Lied about being the highest up when I tried to complain. The tire payment didn’t have to be made for 4 days. And flipped me off when I came in to complain on his behalf. FLIPPED a customer off. I can’t believe this company allows this. Never go to RNR tires. They are very corrupt

Went in to have tire plugged. After plugging the tire and paying for it told me the tread was too low to drive on. So I paid for nothing. They should've told me that up front before repairing a tire that was worn out and taking my money.
