Don't know what type of service, tried calling, I talked to someone that seemed very agitated. So I went up there. They were busy. I was one of 4 customers waiting to be talked to, they asked the first 2, skipped me and went to the 4th. Acted like I wasn't even there. You could tell I was alone. I just need a quote for a set of tires.

I called ahead and clearly told them size tire I needed.. grumpy guy who answered said they had em In stock.. drove 30 min. to find out they do not have them in stock.. staff was rude just like the guy who answered phone (apparently it was the owner who answered).. big waste of time.. id avoid these guys

Yes me and my sweet mom when by and brought 2 new tires today. Great prices but they have a employee that I thank runs the place. Sad to say he was not so friendly. But I will be back for 2 more tires for sure. The man works at the one on Old Brandon Rd. Just saying. Yes this is my second reply yes he told me to step back I can respect that. But he made me feel a little Racism. But no problem I will send my husband next time are just use another one of your stores. Thanks for your reply back. Went to the Flowood location. Manager was argumentative and condescending. Was unwilling to hear me out as I explained that I had made this same purchase there before. Customer service was terrible. Won't be returning a third time.

Love this place buying tire from them for years and never had one moments problem with anything. Bout over 22 tires from them in the past 9 months for my fleet of vans and personal cars and trucks. Always treat you with respect. Very friendly.. A must to have in the area.

I had a flat one evening on my way to work. I was told that all my tires had dry rot. I called Sam's Club for a quote but never had my call answered at either location. I did a search for tire stores near me. RiverBend caught my eye and I began reading reviews. What I liked was that each review had a reply from the owner whether the review was good or bad. My experience was very positive. I called first. My call was answered right away. I was given a price range and told that the manager, Richard, would look at the tires and tell me their condition. I pulled into the shop. Richard looked at my car and the tires and knew that the tires were from 2013 and were original to the car. Yes, all 4 tires had dry rot. I was quoted a price range and chose the tires that came with roadside assistance. Information without pressure to buy one over the other. Cost was less than any other tires I had priced on line. Installation, review of my ticket with the information that I needed to register for roadside assistance highlighted, and a separate paper that let me know when to bring my car back for tire rotation...all in under 30 minutes.

I came here for a set of new tires. I must say the prices was the lowest price around. The manager there Robert ( I think that was his name) was great and it didnt take long, 30 minute and we was gone. They had about 4 cars ahead of us.

I am very glad I chose Riverbend. Mr. Richard and his team are AWESOME. They were fast, friendly AND affordable. Though I would hate to have a reason to need more tires (lol), this place would definitely be my first choice. Sending all my friends and family, too!

Not very well organized as a Auto industry. I went there to put in a job application and maybe a interview. Having worked at Walmart ACC/TLE for years Gateway Tire in Yazoo city and Tire Engineers I thought I was well qualified so After filling out a 1 page 10 questions form the women behind the desk led me to the tire shop and said it was time for show and tell well I was thinking that wanted to see if I knew how to breakdown mount and balance tires. On this day they had a trailer they were doing tires on and 2 sport tires. Well I did the 2 sport tires and 2 trailer tires i looked around to ask if there was anything else that I need to show them and it wasn't nobody even watching to see if I was qualified for the job. As I was walking out of the tire shop they had another person going in for a Show and tell. I called them the next day and was told I wasn't what they wanted. Using the excuse that I had plenty experience in oil. I explained that I had as much tire experience as I did oil and dudn^t feel that I got a fair chance because nobody had said what they actually wanted me to do. No work orders nothing so I feel that I did those 4 tires for free

WORST CALL IVE EVER MADE!!!! Just called up there and asked if they sold used tires, the man said WHAT SIZE TIRE (Yelling at me) being a girl I said hold on let me check he YELLED at me again and said, UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE TIRED YOU NEED YOU JUST CALL BACK... and I started to talk and he had hung up. I simply asked ONE question... if they sold used tires... all he had to say was yes or no. I will buy a tire else where and I will make sure I go by there and talk to a manager. This man should be fired from his job.

Seriously great deal here. It doesn't look like much but I saved a little over a hundred bucks on a pair of brand new tires with warranty included. My first pair came from another shop who will remain unnamed but the people here where awesome super fast and efficient. Props to Mr Richard on his professionalism and props to the technician that did the work for me. Dont be fooled by how the shop looks they do awesome work and have awesome prices it's a must visit if you need anything done to your tires! 100% A+++ all around

A bit over price for new tires not sure about the used tires they told me they didn't have a used tire to fit my truck so I ended up spending almost $200 for two new tires did not get the discount for one tire that still had at least 70% tread left that's probably my own fault but they should have told me about the money I could have gotten for that tire also they charge a disposal fee for any Tire they remove
