Truck wouldnt start, had it towed to them. They said its the starter module. I said cool, fix it. 3 days later. I HAD TO CALL they said "oh your distributor is bad" i said cool, fix it. a week later no word from them so i called "Hey whats going on with my truck" they said "oh your injectors are spraying mud." i said ok how much to fix that and how long will it take. they told me it would be around 300 bucks and take about 3 days. i said ok fix it. 2 days later they call said truck is ready, i come up there to pay the bill and pick up the truck 30mins after the call. THE TRUCK ISNT READY, they said they still had to recalibrate or resync the distributor, why call if something isnt ready?! gave them another day, called them. they said truck is done and ready. Lady at the desk said "it purrs like a kitten" when i start the truck up. it started rough as hell. then i noticed my RPM gauge wasnt ready. it was working before i towed it there. i go back inside ask about it. some kid at the desk said they did a recall on that cluster, but we dont fix that here; i would have to go to a mom and pop place. firstly it broke on their watch, they need to fix it. secondly why didnt they tell me it was broke? thirdly i had a pack of cigarettes in my truck that are no longer in there. Put it this way i would have given them 4 stars for atleast fixing my truck, but alas customer service was lacking. Mechanics take "meaningless" stuff out of your vehicle. They break and dont fix stuff then deny they broke it. Sorry enjoy the 1200 bucks yall got off me. never again lost it all

I went by to get my brakes system check and I knew something was wrong with them and i clearly explained to them what was wrong , and they had there mechanic to check it instead he done changed my radio station instead of finding the issue with the breaks, so they calk me back and told me that everything was great ! So the next in drives it after 3 times when applying to my breaks were starting to do the same issue i knew then they didnt touch nothing ,so i called them back and explain " oh it was this Ty but i will get the other man to check it for I told them what they needed to know and whats free sometimes aint good so if i would have paid i would have gotten my money back period ! I went to the best place in town on 98 they check it and went straight to the problem and it was my break booster , So just to end this off Yall will never get my business every again ! Lets customers drive off in a dangerous situation ! PLEASE DO BETTER !

Waste of time and money. I took my car in for what sounded like brake issues. They replaced my front brake pads and rotors. The next week my car was still making this sound and the maintenance light had come back on. Took it back and they said the sensor just needed to be reset, which doesn't explain the noise that it is still making. The sound progressively gets worse so I decide to take it back a third time. They tell me the front hose has collapsed and I need to replace the front pads and rotors as well as the back. It's only been four months since I had the front done initially so surely they would have informed me that this hose was no good. More than likely the technician ruined the hoses by letting the brakes hang during the repair. I had the work done and it is still making this noise. Take the car to another shop, it's the calipers not the brakes. The front desk clerk was rude telling my husband that this wasn't the car we brought in and that we brought in a 2001 not the 2010 Camry. I think I should know what car I drive everyday. So who even knows if they used the right parts on the car if they have it listed wrong. Terrible experience, one star is being generous.

Took my wives car there for A/C repair and they scammed us out of +$2,000 then, when it the AC still wouldn't work they came up with more stuff that was gonna cost us more money. Took it to goodyear and they said the reason the ac wasn't running is bc they failed to connect a crucial part & under no circumstances should I have to pay for any labor with that issue...The second I walked in the door the owner quickly rushed me where no one else could hear me. When I was done speaking with them they immediately fixed the ac and had it running. Keep in mind a $400-500 ac just cost me over $2,000. They are scammers. The worse part is I'm friends with a relative of theirs. Will never go back.....Hope they get caught and shut down...

Took my car in to have an a/c diagnosis, which I mind you is $100. The guy told me my a/c module was out & I needed to leave the car but I didn't because I had already checked the module from a YouTube video earlier just to make sure so when he told me that was the case I knew he was lying. I took my car to Autozone the next day to try an a/c recharge mysel & one of the guys comes out to help me check for my low pressure line just to find out that my whole a/c compressor was unplugged.. this is a prime example of why you just don't trust everyone with you car regardless if they knew or not if you're considered professional you should do a professional job! I payed these guys a $100 just for them to tell me the completely wrong thing. Never again! Complete waste of money & time

When I returned to Hattiesburg as an adult there was only one place I would return for maintenance. They continue to have a fair price, with a quick turn around, and as always are polite as ever!

dropped my car off at 8AM for alignment and brake check. at 2:30 PM it was still parked in the same spot. hadn't been looked at. avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Went to have an alignment done. Mechanic, Ty by name, asked me why I thought I needed it. I explained. He asked a couple more questions then went to work. Just a few minutes later he told me no alignment needed and explained why. No charge! I will absolutely go back next time I need tires. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. What more can you ask for?

This was the WORST experience I have EVER encountered at this place!!!! I waited for a few hours, only for them to charge me $89.99 for something that I’m not even sure they did !!!!!! Then the guy who worked in my car didn’t even come and tell me what the hell was going on!!!! I had to ASK for someone to come and tell me what I was paying for ... I AM LIVID!!!! I paid all this $ and left with the same problem ... Unprofessional to say the least. I’m not one to even leave reviews for bad service, but this time I was so put off with that I don’t want ANYONE to have to deal with something like this. I’ve never been asked to pay for a service and no one has the decency to come and tell me what the problem was, if it was fixed, suggestions, or ANYTHING just pay me $89.99 and leave ma’am with the same problem you arrived with. Go elsewhere!!!! where people have the courtesy to at least talk to you. They don’t even deserve this one star!! But at least the front desk guy did his job, he took my $89.99

In particular I would like to commend David and his staff for providing quality advice and superior service, particularly when it came time to retire my long-serving 2000 Honda Accord coupe after 310,000 miles and three transmissions. Whenever I buy a car, I always have them check it out. I have over ten years of experience as a customer here, and I have every confidence in this shop.

I have taken my two vehicles here for years because everyone is always nice and courteous and for the most part, they have been good to work with on all of my car repairs...until this week. I had been having issues with my drivers side door key lock from letting me in on the car and I would have to twist on the keys and pull the door handle a couple of times before the door will finally unlock for me. On Monday, the last straw was when the car locked me in and I couldn't get out so I took it to Lil Tire Shoppe. So, I get there and Ms. Martha who is always pleasant wasn't there but, there was a nice young man who served me at the counter. I told him what the issue was and he said that it wouldn't be a big deal to install the faulty part, they just have to order it. I always ask how long they think it will take to work on and this young man said, it shouldn't take more than hour or two. Ok, great. That worked for me. On Tuesday morning, I get a call from them telling me they got the part but it was a used part so they had to return it and it will be Thursday when they get the new part. I was going to ask them some more questions like, "Ok. Thursday, when?" and "Can I get my car until it come in?" But, I didn't get that chance because I was hung up on, before I got the chance, which upset me greatly. I call later that afternoon to get a status update and who I got on the phone when I finally got through their automated system, was a man who seemed put off at me at first and then I explained the situation. He advised me to pick up my car and call Thursday morning to see if the part came in. Fast forward to Thursday. I call a little before 9 and they confirm they have the part. Great! I drop off the car and once again I ask about time. They said it would be ready by 1 o'clock (after lunch). So, I'm thinking great that will work out for me and I can have someone from my office give me ride over there to pick up the car after lunch. It's past 1 o'clock and I haven't gotten a call from them. No worries, right? 3 o'clock came and I called them because they should be done by now, right? On, the contrary. They are having issues with it. So a job they said wouldn't take more than an hour or so has now taken them half a day. So, now I feel like I've been lied to several times and now I'm questioning their competence. I'm frustrated and I feel like this whole situation could have been handled if they would've just been straight with me with how long it was going to take. I'm now closing in on 4:30pm upon writing this review and I still haven't heard from them since I called them at 3pm.

Needed my tires rotated and my check engine light looked at. They were fast and efficient. Call ahead to see how they can fit you in too. My tire rotation was cheap and they didn’t have to check my engine light but they did anyway.

Horrible service!! We had to get our truck serviced again after they forgot to put the lift back on correctly. We spent an extra $500 fixing something they forgot to do. The warranty did not cover the issue and they admitted to their wrongdoing but would not compensate for their screw up. Such bad business I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

My wife stopped by to have tire leak checked and repaired if necessary....She was told she needed 4 new tires...Also, the tire needing repair could not be fixed...I was at work when she phoned me to let me know what she was told....She was told the wear bar was down even with the tread....The rear tires were no where near the wear bar and the front tires, even though they had less tread was still above said bar...I asked the young man in the shop if the tire could be repaired, and was told he could...I will be purchasing 2 new front tires, and would have bought them at their shop, but they were trying to sell my wife 2 tires for the rear that were not needed at this time...Many ladies, such as my wife, are dependent on expert advice when a service or product is needed...Please just sell them what is needed and the customers will return for another day....

Wanted $235 labor for a simple job that can be done in less than 30 minutes by a minimally skilled person. They stated that their "computer tells them" how much labor to charge. Baloney. Another shop completed the work correctly for $50. I used the Lil' Tire Shop for years and I was very satisfied and trusted them. No more. The change of ownership/management has brought real problems with trust.

My wife and I are from out of town and were passing through on our way back to Texas. We had some severe tire trouble and showed up at their store 20 minutes before closing. The staff was helpful and the owner went out of his way to call around and make sure we could get the best tires for our hard to fit car. He and two other staff members were hospitable and thorough while solving our complicated order. They stayed and worked on it for over an hour after closing time with no complaints.

Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever at a garage. I ordered 2 new tires. Went in and told them to replace the driver side front tire and whichever tire was the worst. I wait, they call me up, I pay the $250 and went outside. Up to this point I had a really good experience. However when the mechanic, if you can call him that, got out of my car and explained to me that the tire pressure sensor should go off soon...which prompted me to ask what tires he replaced. He took it upon himself to change two other tires and tried to explain to me that the tire I wanted him to replace only had a smAll leak. MAYBE THE SENSOR DID NOT GO OFF BECAUSE YOU PUT A FLAT TIRE WITH A HOLE IN IT BACK ON MY CAR. Being furious I went back into the store but eventually agreed to just order another tire but the cheapest one. I went back today for them to fix the problem that they were already suppose to have fixed and ordered me the same tire that costs $129. Although the day before the manager had told me he could get me the cheapest one (which was quoted to me to be @ $85) the lady at the desk LIED to me and said that the tire they ordered was the cheapest. I would NEVER go to this place. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I am a loyal customer, even if it’s inconvenient. There are plenty of Tire Shops between me and Lil Tire Shoppe, but I make the effort to come here because I’ve been treated so well in the past. Because I live 30+ miles away, I always call ahead of time. In order to get my car in early enough to have it for a quick trip to Oxford, I went to work at our farm several hours early and had my husband meet me at the shop. I was informed by the young man at the counter that the guy who does alignments is off today, and they could take it tomorrow. Um, seriously? Edit: I make mistakes, everybody does. I gave my favorite tire shop a second chance, and they did not disappoint. I changed my review to reflect this, and I imagine the next time I visit, they will be back to 5-star status.

I will never again do business with these people. I brought my car in to have a belt replaced because it was squealing like a banshee. I alerted them of this problem in those exact words. The mechanic discovered that a belt replacement would not stop the squealing because of a larger problem (oil leaks), but he neglected to call me and tell me this. Instead, he replaced the belt anyway and I was charged eighty dollars. I told the manager if it had been explained to me that a simple belt replacement would not solve the noise problem I would have declined to have the procedure done and saved myself $80. I told him I wanted, at the very least, a partial refund, but he refused. I'll never go back.

I got a new tire from them two weeks ago. When I went in for an alignment a week later they said "you need two new tires before we can do the alignment". I accepted thinking it was two other tires that had gone bad, but they replaced the new one and another that didn't need replacing. When we went back to figure out why they replaced a brand new tire they said the same tire has to be on each side. But they had one of the same brand of the new tires in stock and if they would have explained what they were doing I would have saved $150!!! Total scam. When we came in to complain they knew exactly what the problem would be before we even started to complain which leads me to believe they knew all along they were pulling a fast one. Never going back there again.
