They even called around and found me a tire that would fit my car because they didn't have it in stock.. i don't know too many other companies that will call the competitors store to make a customer happy! Thank u! I have used them a bunch of times and they will find u the cheapest but best quality tires and even when they dont carry whatever u need, they go above and beyond to find u the product u need!

On the way back to Florida after Irma passed by, my car got really bad in a situation of only two lug nuts holding the front passenger wheel. Luckily, we pulled over to Kirk's wheel and tire pros and we asked for help. A young guy in blue shirt, a receptionist, helped us out a lot from figuring the problem to giving the good deal for us. Jose, a mechanic guy, is very friendly person and tries to make sure the new wheel safe to drive back to Florida. We would not make it to Florida without these guys help, so thanks again. I took my son's vehicle in to diagnose and repair an electrical problem. They found it was the battery and I was able to handle payment over the phone so that my son could pick it up. A while back, my son and I helped a stranded traveler who broke down on the interstate off ramp in the rain. We were able to get the family there less than 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. The technician stayed late to ensure that they could get back on the road to Florida.

Very helpful and courteous. We had a blowout while on vacation near Waveland and tried contacting a couple of other shops for help but they didn't answer. Kirk's did and went out to get the tire we needed and had us back on the road very quickly. Their friendly service was appreciated in what could have been for us a stressful time.
