The mechanics are not expiereinced as they claim to be mostly know of American cars. Although I know of a handful of customers who called to know if they knew of many makes the receptionist said yes. However the mechanic did know what a Nissan Skyline GTR-R34 was. They do know how to work on a Mustank though.

My daughter was traveling back to college after the holiday break on a Saturday when her tire started going flat. She was hundreds of miles from home and hours from her destination. Eric and his team stayed past closing time to help insure her tire was fixed and that she could get back on the road. Very thankful for them -Blessed; hard to beat Mississippi folks and Friendly Tire!

Called Friendly City Tire after receiving a quote on some Firestones from a local competitor (Starts with DC ends in Town) that seemed a little outrageous. Friendly City Tire got me the same tires for almost 300$ less and seemed to care about my business. Needless to say, my other vehicle is there right now getting some Firestones put on as I type this ! 10/10 Would recommend based on good business practice, knowledgeable associates and fair pricing !!

We were on our way to Memphis and we had a metal rod stuck in our tire. We were sure we would lose hours and a lot of money. Fortunately we found the super nice folks at Friendly Tire Shop. We were on the road in 20 minutes and it was less than $20!!! Awesome!!
