BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR FIXED, DON'T TAKE IT HERE!! I wish I would have read the other reviews before taking my car here. I was out of town and started having car problems so I stopped at this place. While waiting hours for my car to be fixed, I had to deal with one of the workers flirting with me. When I finally got my car, another worker told me my car was driving like night and day now. When I left, my car was driving worse than before. These people had no clue what was wrong with my car. They overcharged me for a service I didn't need. I paid over $600. I had to take my car to another car place in the area to get it fixed. The other car place told me what was actually wrong with my car and fixed it at a cheaper price. If you want to throw away money and not get your car fixed, Delta World Tire is the place for you!! Update: I did speak with the Regional Manager and we came to a mutual agreement.

Stopped today as I needed new tires on my return from Family Vacation. They didn't hesitate to help even though they were closing within the hour. They were very friendly and did a fantastic job. Delta was much quicker than other places where I have had to purchase tires and the selection for my truck was also quite better than other tire places I have visited. They gained a new customer today so good on them.

Long story short. They lied to me about using oem parts had to go back to them 4 times to fix the same problem. The got grease dirt all over the interior of my car. And broke the door handel and screwed up my door panel. They were great like 3 or 4 yrs ago. I have since heard story's from people with the same experiences. If you like getting ripped off and lied to and wasting time by people who have no respect for your property you have found the place

If I could give them 0 stars I would. New Management is awful Replaced my tires there and did an alignment and after they did it I have a noise in my front end. Looked at the tires and no valve stem covers. Took my car to them and they said I need new rotors, brakes and struts. Car is only 2 years old! Took it to the dealer and they found that my tie rod nut was completely loose. Dealer said it was due to a bad alignment. NEVER AGAIN! They are completely incompetent.

It was OK, but not a service I would recommend. I drop in and they were available to work on my car immediately, so that was good. They just haven't done much. I told them that my tires were out of balance and they apparently balanced them. they were also supposed to add air, because my low tire sign was on. I drove for 2 days after they worked on it and the tires still felt out of balance and the low tire light was on even after I picked up the car. I finished by going to another place in Long Beach, they fixed my balance and now my car drives like it should.

I went to get an oil change and asked them to check the noise my engine was making. I was told it was a belt. After they replaced the belt and tensioner $400 later, the noise was still there. I took my car back the next day and the tech said he didn't hear the noise yesterday. It sounded exactly the same as when I first brought it in. He looked under the hood and listened to the alternator and said the bearings in the alternator were bad. At this point, I didn't want to take his word and took it to another shop. It wasn't the alternator, something totally different. It was the water pump. No more noise. I would recommend getting a second opinion on any repairs.

Delta World Tire uses cheap parts at a huge markup. I recently had work on my vehicle at Delta World Tire and I paid for premium parts but received a cheap alternative. I had to return several times to have the parts replaced that failed because of poor quality. I will say they did not charge me to replace the parts, but it was a BIG inconvenience to be without my vehicle several times for the same issue.

I have used Delta World Tire since I came to the Coast in 2010. I have bought several sets of tires from them and rely on them for all of my service work. I have never had anything but excellent experiences with DWT and have referred them to friends and co-workers looking for quality service and reasonable prices. As long as I'm live on the Coast, I'll always use Delta World Tire!

brought my truck there to get allignment, they claimed it needed basically an entire new front end and replaced everything 1200 $ later "everything was fixed". also had a pair of Costa 200$ sunglasses in my truck gone when I got it back. terrible service would never go there again

Beware Yesterday my wife went to get them to repair a tire with a bolt in it. They said it was too close to the edge and said we needed a new tire for $235. She took it to another tire place and got it fixed for about $16. Last year we took my daughter's car to get them to check the AC. They said we needed a new compressor and repairs over $1000. We took it to another place and got the freon recharged for about $50. We stopped using them at that time.

Was a nightmare - installed 2 new tires - new struts - new brakes - minor detail though - one of the rotors was warped. Had to bring it back in. Next day I drop my friend's car off for oil change & tire rotation. Tech forgot to tighten lug nuts- or they claim the impact gun was not working.. She skidded back into the parking lot as the tire flew off. $1600 a week and 1/2 later she goes to pick it up. The certified technician claims he did a front end alignment and test drove it.... The car pulled 45 degrees to the right as she drove off. Back to the shop again for more rework. Safety is the issue - can you really trust Delta World Tire after this happens. Once maybe - twice no way would I return.

Bad place. New manager is probably worse than the last manager. Two years ago, brought in my Tahoe for a set of Michelins that cost nearly $1000. When I got my car back, there was a three foot scratch on the driver's door. The manager at the time acknowledged the problem and made it good. However, I had to give my car to a body shop for several days and make a couple trips back and forth. You can still see part of the scratch. Two months ago, my neighbor brought his car to them because the aC was not working. He got the usual story: the compressor was bad and it would take over $1000 to fix it. Well, I used to be a mechanic. So I checked it out. Yes, it was low on Freon, but the compressor was not bad. I jumped the clutch and put in a can of Freon. It's been working fine now for the last six weeks. Last week, I needed a set of tires on my work truck. After I picked it up and brought it home, I noticed that none of the valve stems had dust covers on them. Looking closer, I found that only one of the four had been replaced even though I had been charged for all four. So I had to bring it back to get the three other valve stems that I had already paid for. Yesterday, I replaced the rear drums on the truck. In the process of taking off the wheels, I realized that the center caps had been damaged and broken because the yoyo had used an impact on the plastic lug covers. This broke the backings on the beauty covers. Several pieces came off in my hands as I removed the covers. Today, I go back there and show the manager the problem. His excuse was that it was common in older vehicles. I pointed out that the breaks were clearly recent. He actually started to accuse me of breaking them myself. I know better. I will never go back to the place again.

We are saving gas and the ride is so much smoother. An educational experience. The tires will pay for themselves in the savings.

I have been very fortunate to have had a wonderful experience over the last two years I have been using our Waveland Delta World Tire for oil changes, tire issues, etc. They are a full service mechanic shop. Nice waiting area, fountain soft drink machine and coffee while you wait.They are very honest and trust worthy and have always tried to get me the very best price they can for brakes, rotors, shocks, etc. I came in one day for an oil change and the previous time I had gotten the higher grade synthetic oil and I came in earlier than I needed to b/c you can drive longer with the high grade synthetic. They could have just given me an oil change but they came to me and told me I was really in too early and did not need an oil change yet and reminded at what mileage to come back in. I was also starting to have some major issues with my old van and they could have just taken my money to continue to put band-aids on my old van; but instead, they suggested that maybe it was time to trade her in. The only suggestion I would have for them is the bathroom is used by a bunch of men who work there as well as the customers; so, the bathroom could be a little cleaner but it is still fairly clean.
