Every time that I have taken my Honda CR-V there, they have been efficient and trustworthy and have done a great job. My wife and I also took our Kia Sportage there and they were able to ensure that everything was in tip-top condition. Every problem I have ever had, they solved in record time. I am very particular about who I go to with my vehicle, but I trust these guys completely.

I'll start with the good first. I took my car in due to a flat tire. They pulled the tire off and showed me that the front end alignment was off and it needed to be realigned. Both front tires were in bad shape so I had them put new ones on. I asked if they could do the front end alignment and I was told they didn't have the equipment to do that on a Mercedes. That's not uncommon, they require specialized tools and certified mechanics. Now the bad. The next day, I took my trashcan to the road and found an alignment weight in my driveway. A couple days later, my TPMS alerted me to check my tire pressure. I stopped at a gas station and got my pressure gauge out to check and my front right tire had 50+ PSI in it. Front left had 45 PSI. The tire is rated for no more than 40 PSI and even has a warning that anything over 40 PSI risks danger of the tire exploding. TL;DR: Don't take your vehicle here, they'll screw it up.

I ordered a set of tires online and had them shipped to these guys. They called me as soon as they arrived to let me know they were there. I haven't had time to do much of anything outside of work so they let me pay in advance and leave my vehicle there an hour and a half before they were supposed to close. I came back late that night to find my truck was finished and all the paperwork was left in the truck as promised. They even cleaned the rims on my vehicle. Outstanding service and friendly staff.

I have had repairs done here and bought tires before and not had issues with it but in September they replaced my air conditioner compressor for $1100 and in May it failed now I have to pay them another $450 to replace it. The only reason I am letting them touch my vehicle is because I don't want to buy another compressor. I will never use them again!

I was in need of a last-minute alignment before taking a road trip. I was in town and had my dog (75 lb lab) with me. I called to see if they could fit me in. They were more than happy to and encouraged me to bring my dog with me while I wait for it to be done. Everyone was very friendly. My husband has gotten tires from them many times and hasn't ever had a bad experience.
