If you are looking for a mechanic for all around car care-this is the place. They are reasonable on their tire prices. VERY thorough on repairs and able to communicate clearly what is wrong. They don't use second rate parts for repairs either. This is by far the best shop around the coast.

Best Mechanic Shop on the Coast! I've been using Delta for quite a long time for everything including tires, suspension, engine, auxiliary systems, and more. Every time I come, I'm handled with care, and so is my car. They aren't focused just on selling tires and services. Their focus is on providing adaptable solutions for what you come in for, no matter what the need. They're not afraid to recommend coming in later to handle work that isn't critical. They want to ensure you get the maximum life out of your parts without putting you at risk. They want to ensure your budget is safe when you come in for work, and they will keep working to ensure your car is ready for the road when you walk out the door. The team is polite and efficient, and handles each vehicle and customer like a doctor handles a patient with professionalism and empathy. There's a reason I come to Delta every time I need car work done. I'm never afraid to get back into my vehicle after Delta's team has completed their work.

The guys there were so courteous! Jason Eaton has my brakes and rotors replaced. During the repair, one of my brake sensors had corroded and broken off. The next day he fixed it for me and only charged me for the parts. That was awesome of him, especially since it wasn’t his fault or his employees’ fault that the sensor broke. I will continue to go back to see Jason and his crew for all my needs.

Don't take your vehicle here. I don't know a lot about cars, but they thought I was stupid. Charged me for a check and replacement on 2 of the 4 brake lines. So with the check I figured the other two were good. Two weeks later... I'm back for the same problem, other side. This supposed check they were supposed to do either never got done, or they noticed they could get another visit out of me. Then when I do bring it to them, I hear it will be done by the "end of the day today no problem" and I didn't even get a call. I called the next morning to find out they hadn't even started on it. That was my second mistake. My first was bringing my work van to them, with what sounded like a rock or something stuck in between the brake pad and the rotor. Said he was giving me a deal on the rotor and it was now only gonna cost me $500 instead of $750. Well, all they did was grind down the old rotor to almost nothing and slap on a cheap brake pad. Also to top it all off the tires were rotated incorrectly. They couldn't see the obvious wear difference on the front and back tired, and now my alignment is all out of whack from riding on unevenly rotated tires. I'm done with these guys, I really wish I hadn't spent my last dollars this month with them.

This place saved my life on a hot busy afternoon. I had a low tire and that pesky light stayed on. The technician checked all of the tires. Some had too much air, others too little. They didn't charge me a dime and were most courteous from the manager to the technician.

I got a flat tire last night, put my spare on and brought my car into the Gulfport Delta shop on my lunch break with hopes of getting a quick patch job without having to leave my vehicle and call someone to take me back to work. The sales manager was extremely polite and without even mentioning my rush he had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. The mechanic that patched my tire was also very professional and polite. This was my first time doing business here and won't be my last! It's a shame that it's difficult to find an honest mechanic these days but I believe this place is an exception. They've got huge windows in their lobby so you can watch the technicians work on your car if you really want to, and just listening to the sales manager honestly talk to customers over the 20 minute period that I was there was enough proof for me. They've got my business.

I have employed this particular Delta Tire store to service the A/C and do a leak test on the A/C in my wife's car. I have had them replace outer tie rods on my wife's care. I have bought a brand new set of tires for her car from this particular Delta Tire store (which they mounted and keep the tires rotated and balanced) as part of the purchase. I have had them perform oil changes for me on my truck and my wife's car. I have bought and had mounted tires for my boat trailer from this particular Delta Tire store and each time Matt has treated us like royalty. I have even sent my best friend to them for service with very positive results. I highly recommend this particular Delta Tire store especially with Matt at the helm.

I'm not going to go into the whole ordeal but the customer service I got was terrible. I guess at my age, 25 at the time, maybe some businesses don't take your business serious but I had to sit through a bunch of small talk before I was even spoken to. Then i was expected to leave $2k worth or rim & tire in their shop unattended. They didn't know if I brought what I did or steelies. So I unloaded and went back in to see how long this was going to be. In a rude manner I was told 4 hrs. I walked back to the shop loaded up my stuff and headed to amelios I believe 30-45 mins after I left there I had new valves mounted and balanced cheaper. I had a nice chat with the "manager" who completely turned the situation on me but I got my service better faster and cheaper. Wont step foot back in this place

I recently moved back to the Gulfport area after being away for many years and used them for some vehicle work and remember it was outstanding service back then, I decided to try their services again , the service now is even better than before.
