Every experience ive had up until this last time was good! I called to see if they had a 185/65 14 used in Stock, they said they had a 190/60 14 for 45$. Drove all the way up there to replace a tire that was obviously bad (reason for buying a tire). Drove into the bay and even paid for the tire. Waited at least 30 mins only for them to tell me that all the 14 inch used tires they had were 13 inch! Wasted 2 hours travel time plus wait time! Very irresponsible and unprofessional! I would have liked to receive some type of gift certificate or credit towards my next visit but nothing. Certainly looking for a new shop to do business with!

Went to have two tires Put on wife’s car and to make story short had wrong tires installed and they messed up two rims and stripped 4 lug nuts. Warren one of the owners was very rude and short and said he would only fix one of the rims and I had to pay to fix the other one and the four lug nuts that had to be removed with a special tool as they were so stripped out and still ha e the wrong tires on it. Worst customer service and they don’t care about your car. I should have known better since there is a sign in lobby that states they are not responsible for broken tire sensors. I am sorry if you break it fix it. If you had up to date equipment it would not be an issue or qualified personal working on your vehicle. I gave them a chance to fix the issue but was meet with attitude. I do not recommend this place it used to be a great place but since the owner (Bill) retired it has fallen off.

Twice I have used BTB. For Tires on my truck and some work on my car that another retailer/tire store had not done correctly. The prices were good, but best of all the Manager and Staff were friendly and considerate. I highly recommend Byhalia Tire and Battery, In Byahlia MS.

I have always brought my cars here for tire servicing. They are polite, professional, and will go above and beyond to ensure they resolve your tire problems. If you have your own part preference and want it installed instead of what they have in stock they will. Many places only install parts purchased directly from them. I was passing through on my way to Florida when I happened to have a blowout right by the Byhalia exit. I was able to make it to Byhalia Tire & Battery, where they immediately took my car in and got it fixed very quickly. They offered several different options in terms of replacing my blown out tired, and I was so impressed with both their service and their reasonable prices that I decided to go ahead and have all four tires replaced. Still yet, they had me on my way in no time and my car is running so much more smoothly!

Great tire buying experience. I asked about an alignment and although I needed one. The tech was straightforward and informed me that I needed a part that was a dealer only item. With that being said I inquired about the car being aligned anyway, and was informed that without the parts needed it would be a waste of time and money because the alignment would toe out again. I appreciated that honesty versus paying for something that would have to be redone relatively soon. Carl and Julian are the best!
